This store is very affordable, lots of wide ranges of sizes and styles. I am not a mom but if I was I would shop here and will shop here if I need a gift for someone having a baby. The people there are very nice and considerate and want to help you the best that they can

Experienced discrimination twice on two different occasions by two different employees. The 1st, I was lied to about an item I had see on IG that supposedly it was sold but found it right in the front. Then I asked if I could open the box just to make sure all the parts were in the box and another employee said yes. The same employee that said the item was no longer available became rude scolding me for opening the box (when I was told it was ok). I got over this incident but the 2nd one, accused of trying to steal 2 small stuffed animals that my 2yr old already had from home. I understand that employees have to be vigilant on their store but does this happen with every race or are minorities only targeted??

I’ve been shopping for all ages for years now. They always get the best deals. Everyone is extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The store is organized, clean, and has a GREAT selection! Can’t recommend enough ?

I stopped in today probably a little before 12 noon or right at noon. I had my little one with me, 3 bags, and a large toy so obviously my hands are full. Tried opening the door, there was like 4 employees there, none of them offered help with that, per usual. (Not mad at that part, but damn is there any common curtesy anymore?!) I usually get from $50-$80 when I come in because the stuff I bring is usually in good shape/never worn. They quoted me 45-50 minutes. I walked around and then left the store After the 50 minute mark i come back and i KINDLY ask about my stuff, they say they are understaffed and things are running behind and that the quote times are displayed on a small tv on the wall, that at that point said 1hour-1.5hours… and that it SHOULD be ready in 15 minutes. once they call me up, they said my stuff is worth $40 something and is that ok, and I said no, I was hoping for at least $50-$60, mind you my baby is crying throwing a fit.. us moms know how that feels, I tell them it’s fine to just give it all back to me. When another woman comes up and starts explaining pricing and everything (which I already know because I sell stuff every few months) she asked what I wanted back and I was ABOUT to grab one of MY items and she asked me not to touch MY things.. lol. and at the same time my baby is throwing a FIT and I’m just trying to get out of there it’s literally right before TWO pm, which was way too long for me and my screaming baby to be there when the quote time was 45-50 minutes. It really baffled me that nobody had an ounce of sympathy, still didn’t offer to hold the door open as I took my things, my baby, and a stroller. this whole time you would think they would work with you or help you, but no. Just ridiculous and bad customer service, which is sad because just 2 years ago it was soo nice! Now I see why they’ve been getting bad reviews lately.

I didn't appreciate seeing what I did when I did a trade in and how my mom was treated not knowing what she was looking at wasn't processed looking at a price being on counter. How the individual handled herself was absolutely rude and disrespectful as again you don't disrespect those older then yourself as well as there is a professional way to talk to customers. Jordan was very rude and snappy although Madison and Olivia was the opposite very professional kind and friendly as they looked out for their customers. She is on camera as we came to the store around 1240 pm now as couldn't wait due to obligations of mine. I suggest camera reviewing and a sincere apology to my mom like myself seeing it aside my sister is warranted as customers are always right and if not told, why do the customers get unprofessional treatment as we left around 1 pm. This isn't the first time with Jordan being like this.

Jordan was very disrespectful and unprofessional to myself like to my daughter. It was done on camera at 1245 pm as after picking up we got in car at 1:00 pm. Olivia and Madison deserve to get a raise and promoted and Jordan fired and demoted as watched how she treated my daughter now with no professional skills or respect for your customers. Is worker Jordan and position she holds does she get training to be professional with the customers? Olivia and Madison gave myself and daughter upmost respect and was very professional as you need more of them. Jordan has done this once too many times to my family and this is first time where I drew a line giving business always to you. My daughter doesn’t sell anything that ain’t in your standards as she told Jordan I can sell easy as know there was not any violations to the standards on what was told to her. Again you need to train Jordan like the two excellent women Olivia and Madison as they went above and beyond unlike the mgr Jordan!

The tall blonde girl with glasses didn’t realize I was standing there and said our stuff was “another pile of useless” aka 5 pairs of Nike Jordan’s nearly brand new and clothes with tags on them? Which some of they said they couldn’t take because of wear and tear? But they’ve never been worn and still had tags? That’s weird.

Rude from the moment we walked in first time visiting this store heard good things about once upon a child. Employees didn't acknowledge us not once would walk right past us. It's a good store does have baby gear in very good condition overall the store is neat and clean but do better as employees.

Sure, the resale value may seem nice but I tried doing a trade in and things that had been worn ONCE weren't taken including things I had gotten there that have never even gotten worn by us. I see, it's good enough to sell once but even if it hasn't been worn, you are going to say no? That's b.s.. also, their "trade value" is trash. They're "picky." So many of the trade in things they rejected STILL HAD TAGS. Save your money and go shop fb market.
