Vince, Frank Ruffolo did an amazing job letting me take my time picking the right car for me. Then getting me the price I wanted. Zack did a great job explaining my numbers and warranty options. Adam took the time to explain everything about the car to me this is my 1st electric car. I definitely look forward to doing business again with them.

Please consider my situation! My Cadillac was not repaired, in fact they made the problem worse and I had to take it back again to reverse what they did! They made excuses and the manager of the service department did not bother to compromise with me rather made excuses as well! I called back one day later to get a print out of the history of the work they did on my car and they told me that all of the history on it had been deleted from their system. I have friends that grew up in town and they told me they would never go here for service. I should have listened.

These guys are great. I had been looking for a decent place to complete my emissions test for my car. They had me in and out in 5 mins. Highly Recommend. And the showroom there looks amazing.

Will never buy a vehicle from this dealer ever again nor will I ever recommend them to anyone! Bought a Yukon Denali March 8th 2024. Not even 3 months later I spent $1000 to replace the AC lines. Now 11 months later I am spending almost $10,000 dollars on a new engine! Paid a lot of money for an extended warranty just to find out it covers NOTHING!

Brought my Cadillac in to troubleshoot a front end noise. Was told $80. for diagnostic test. After test could not find issue. Service representative told me another hour would be needed to find issue. After checking and cleaning a few components.
Below is Palmen report:
ROAD TESTED THE VEHICLE AND RECHECKED- UPON RECHECKING IT WAS NOTED THAT THE NOISE WAS STILL PRESENT AND REQUIRES FURTHER DIAGNOSIS AND REPAIRS. THE CUSTOMER DECLINED FURTHER ACTION AT THIS TIME. After $250 and an offer for another $300 In diagnostic services. Why would you take your vehicle to a certified Cadillac service department and pay without getting any results?
Comments on your reply;
What is an acceptable time frame, 1,2,4 hours or days? At your shop rate of $160 per hour. Seems like your practice is to take as much time as possible.

I've been there only twice in the last couple of years. First time was to take care of a recall on an airbag and they were spot on. Then this time I went there to pick up a part for another car I had. I called the day before and they had the part in stock. They were nice enough to hold it for me until I got there first thing when they opened the next morning and even though their cashier did not show up, a guy from the shop came in to ring up my purchase and take my payment. Teamwork and customer service. Nice people. I would not hesitate to do business with them again

Two hours to get an oil change.... Had an appointment set at 1:00pm didn't get up to pay till 3:20ish.... Why make an appointment if it's going to take so long!

Thank you, Jimmie, Jason, and Palmen GM, for making this a welcoming, transparent, and straightforward experience! Considering my busy schedule and distance from your location, I personally appreciated your guidance through the process in advance of making the trip to Kenosha. Although I had found many similar cars, it was that virtual/remote interaction and the quality of the vehicle offered that landed my final decision. Over the years, I have bought many cars, but this initial transaction experience far exceeds most others (including a purchase I made at this same dealership a couple of years ago). Thanks, again, and I'm looking forward to our upcoming short-term and long-term interactions!

My father recently bought a Sierra Denali from them, service was really slow , we had been looking at a truck for several days and we ended up deciding on the Denali with them. The day we went to go buy it “cash “ we walked in and nobody even said a word or anything we felt like we didn’t belong there… had to get someone’s attention to even get service. On top of that don’t think it should take 2 hours to make a sale. Overall really happy with the truck nothing else . Would not recommend Palmen Cadillac.

Don't give money to hold a vehicle. If you change your mind it's virtually impossible to get your money back. They will run you around for as long as they possibly can and make all sorts of promises to refund your money. I haven't been able to get a clear answer for 2 weeks now.
