I took my car to Paul's for some major steering issues. They gave me a sizable quote. But it was a major issue. They were very thorough with the diagnostic part of it. They sent me the findings. Which there are other issues. But the steering was what really needed to be addressed. I told them to start the work on Monday July 15, 2024. I was informed that they had to order the parts and would be able to perform the work after the parts arrived. I also had them do an oild change and rear brakes. Today is Thursday July 18, 2024. They called me to let me know my car was completely done. The cost was less than what the original quote. I was so happy about that. They even paid for a Lyft to their shop. So I could pick up my car and drive it home. Which showed up rather quickly. That is awesome. It made me feel like I was valued. I know I will continue to take my car there for repairs. They are so nice. The experience was awesome.
Jeremiah and Tyler were also very patient when I talked to them on the phone during the entire process also. I know this post is sort of winded but I am happy and excited about the service and the friendliness I received.
