Ive gone to other locations that cause me nothing but stress and confusion which I dislike. The woman at the counter who helped me is SO informative and patient. She’s amazing and at this point I don’t plan to visit another location in Racine unless it’s the one on Main Street.”

We brought it in, they took the pictures, put the applications in order and sent them off. Both ladies that helped were very nice and answered all of our questions.”

“I haven't been to the main post office in a very long time. It's just as I remember. Looks like a museum and can get very busy fast.
We had a issue with getting a package. The reasons are not important. The help was amazing.
They found the post officer on his route and w9rked with him to ensure delivery.
Great job”
