I've been using this Quest location for the majority of my bloodwork and testing. I've never had to wait longer than a few minutes and the staff are always extremely well trained and professional phlebotomists.

You should have a better system, then to have to submit your insurance information every single time that you get your blood drawn. I can understand once a year, but not every visit. I was just there last monday and had to have more blood work done a few days later and had to produce my insurance again. This is not beneficial or time management for a patient or staff.

Very poor experience, doctor claimed orders were sent 3 times calling and 1 time calling main Quest office. They saw orders but they could not find. Hour and a half later still could not get them. Very bad experience.

No front desk receptionist, only iPad to self check in. Lab tech was NOT friendly and no bedside manner. Staff looked miserable. Quick in and out appt but for anything else, I would not recommend.

Woman who did my test was rude. Also, I understand the importance of watching your sample to ensure it isnt tampered with, but after I gave my urine sample and she had it, I asked if I could wash my hands, since they were dirty and contaminated with urine, and she said no, and made me hold a pen and sign my initials on the test tube, which I'm sure other people with urine on their hands also held. It was disgusting. I've NEVER had that happen at any other company I've given a sample with, they always have you wash your hands IMMEDIATELY after handing them your sample.
Their hours SAY they're open 7-3:30, and even though you're allowed to either make an appointment or walk in, don't hope to be a walk in for a drug test which is only from 9-2:30, which isn't listed on their website, only on a memo inside the building. Their hours for drug testing are VERY inconvenient.
Also there is no employee in the waiting room, everything is by kiosk. So if you have a question, guess you're SOL until you're called. I've stopped by here 2 times for the same test and both employees were rude and acted as if you were bothering them when they were in the middle of doing something more important than their job.

The woman there today wearing glasses was extremely rude, unprofessional and should not be working in any healthcare type environment. Takes customers with walk ins over yours and people with appointments scheduled later over yours. HORRIBLE location

Walked in at 2:00pm for a drug screening. Was told that I wouldn't be seen today despite only two other people in the waiting room ahead of me.

Quest really needs to get it together! I had a 720 this morning and doors locked, the 710 and are were outside when the disheveled tech came in and no apologies or anything. This happened to my sister couple months ago as well. Parking lot full and tech comes in at almost 8. She called corporate which was a joke! I go there because it’s cheaper but now after this I will never return. Try hiring someone with a personality that isn’t down right rude. The video they show about themselves in waiting room is a complete joke! How does a business run like this??? I’d give no stars if I could!?

Unfortunately I had to give 1 star but I’d I could o wouldn’t give it any. I walked/checked in around 1215-1220. Sat there for almost an hour before I was able to speak to anyone. I finally talked to someone and told her I really had to use the bathroom and she basically blew me off saying I had to wait because appointments were first. Another half hour or more passed someone finally come out and say she didn’t see me checked in and because I came in during lunch break they cancelled my check in because I shouldn’t have been able to get in the building. By this time it was too late to check in again because they stopped doing urine drug tests at 230. I sat there for 2 hour with a full bladder and no apology or care for my health.

The online scheduling and staff are great. I am frustrated by the check-in process. Waving my ID and insurance card in the air multiple times to try to get it to scan is not fun. If you had a scanner with a flat surface to lay it on that would be helpful instead of just waving it in the air hoping it works multiple times.

The photos are from this morning of the inside of the waiting room and "lab" where blood work and urine samples are taken. Besides from being an unclean facility, the "Healthcare Worker" laughed at me when I asked her to wash her hands prior to putting on gloves to draw my blood. Twice.
The only reason I went to this site is because as a high risk pregnant woman, it was the lab my insurance covers at a higher percentage for my genetic testing. I left in tears after the phlebotomist mumbled under her breath that I was a "B****". I was an advocate for myself in setting the standard of care everyone is entitled to. Asking someone to wash their hands is not an outrageous request. It is also an OSHA standard to keep everyone safe, staff included. If you have the option, please pay the extra money and go across the street to the Aurora Hospital where they are kind, compassionate, clean, and efficient.
