Wouldn’t visit this store. I’ll echo some previous reviews about the man who works here- he is not friendly or helpful. I still purchased $375 in boots and insoles from him last fall, despite my reservations.
Less than 6 months later, the laces each have 3” of fray, so I take my boots in to get these free replacement laces I’ve heard so much about.
What I was given was the cheapest pair of shoe laces I’ve ever seen. Realllllly making me regret spending $375 here on one pair of boots.

I've always wanted a pair of Red Wings so today I visited the store in search of my first pair. The assistant general manager Toph was very helpful in finding the right fit for me. He was very informative about the boots and where they are made. American made is a quality I look for in a product, and he was happy to inform me that their boots are American made sans the sole. The sole is made in Vietnam by US soldiers, so this product is as close to American made as you can get. They also had a terrific selection of sunglasses that double as safety glasses. If you're debating on pulling the trigger on a pair of Red Wings, this is the store to go to.

Im leaving this review based on the experience I had on Sunday Nov 24th. I drove a half hour to this store because the store near me didn’t have the size I needed. When I got there my girlfriend tried to speak to the man working the counter and he just shook his head as she was trying to talk. Then I was given the shoes. All he did was sit back down and stare at me uncomfortably. At this point I already didn’t want to support this business anymore. I bring the shoes to the counter and ask him a question and his response is a very arrogant response in a rude tone. I walked out without having the shoes I ran around looking for and now I don’t know that I’ll give my money to red wing at all. Not sure the employees name. He was a larger male with tattoos and designs in his hair.

Had a great experience at the Kenosha, WI location. Toph answered every question I had and very helpful with recommending the “right” boot. No pressure from him whatsoever. Would highly recommend working with him to find your perfect fit!

I have an issue with a lack of respect from person to person. I met William when I went to buy boots at this kenosha location, I asked a simple question and William got very confrontational and rude. I asked him to calm down, "very nicely" , and he told me that he didn't feel comfortable selling to me. I have never had this kind of experience buying a simple pair of boots especially through red wing. I then talked to the owner and the owner was even more disrespectful! I have no idea how this all go so out of hand, but now I'm thinkin of moving from a 10 year commitment of red wing boots to another. William and his owner could do better!
