We have been going to Rhodes for the past couple of years for most of our repair work on both our vehicles. We have purchased our tires from them as well. Tracy is very knowledgeable and easy to work with and has provided us with excellent turn around with the repair work needed.

Tracy helped me through the process of renting a 5x8 Uhaul trailer. The Uhaul website was very slow and he tried a variety of tricks to make it happen. He was great to work with and he made sure I was not double charged because of how the website was working.

Have used rhodes for the last two times I’ve needed repairs on my vehicles. I can say that I never feel pressured into fixing things that are not absolutely necessary and they help me stay within my budget? They point out the issues and let you make educated choices as to what my options are, pointing necessary repairs. fair pricing, and superior work.

Four stars was an accident. Would be negative if I could. Steer clear of this place. I'm not mad so this isn't to bash them. Honestly I feal like a fool for trusting them. Got suckered into renting a u haul from them instead of a rental car. They stretched out the time to work on my car to run up the rental of the truck. I took it to them and it was a game of let's try this part. No that didn't fix it. Let's try this part and on and on. Took it to them 2 times both times and a couple thousand later my car is just as bad as it was when I took it there. Then oh we have to change more of the same parts. Why didn't you do that in the first place? Oh it wouldn't run up the rental bill. Wanted me to bring it back again. No I learn from my mistakes. The dealer costs more than some. But you get what u pay for
Honestly it would have been cheaper to go that route
