Not only does the store have only one checkout open but they further annoy you by asking you to have your drivers license scanned when purchasing alcohol. I am 81 years old and displayed my license to the clerk but she said no I must scan it. REALLY? So I just left my items. So being upset, I decided to go to the service counter and complain but guess what? IT WAS CLOSED! After many years shopping there I am now done shopping Pick'n Save.

I know the service has been going down for a few years now but today took the cake, 0 cashiers working on a Friday Been going there for 25 years but never again, the little bit of savings here and there are not worth the terrible customer service !

Poor customer service. Don't even think of asking for a special order from the meat dept. you can always plan on having to go to the service desk for a price adjustment. Do you need to bring an attorney with you to figure out what the hell they're doing in their ads. Buy five of these by five of those. Crazy. Too many hoops to jump through to get the pricing.

Andrea at the service desk, was nasty and hostile when I went in to point out something rang up incorrectly. It was for little more than two dollars difference. She was condescending and hateful with her words. Maybe I'm not the right skin color for her since she was kind to someone in front of me.

Not a bad store but needs some tweaks. Staff is friendly and helpful. For a while the meat department stepped it up, but have noticed since the Kroger takeover it's not so anymore. Bought cube steaks that were full of gristle and a pricy chuck roast that was tough as nails, even after cooking in a slow cooker. Both said angus but they didn't taste good. Tossed both of them. Will buy my meat from the piggly wiggly in the future.

Most of my experiences here is that items are labeled "on sale" or for a certain price and when you ring up they have not been marked correctly and are more then advertised. My husband also has the same problem. Thankfully we only go there when we need just a few things so we are able to catch it before leaving the store but I feel bad for people that do their large shopping trips here and may miss that.

There are 5 traditional checkouts and never more than 1-2 open. Even during peak weekend shopping hours. Because of this, the self checkouts are backed-up with customers with carts filled to the brim. This defeats the purpose of the quick self checkouts for those with only a few items. It's a nice store until it's time to pay. Then it becomes a nightmare. All you can do is stand in the grocery wasteland while practically feeling each of your carefully selected perishables melt and warm while you calculate how much longer it's taken to stand in line waiting to check out vs. how long you shopped.

There are better places to shop in the area. Pick n Save is ok in general but this location's lack of adequate parking spaces and the fact that when visiting on a weeknight you are lucky if they have enough carts or baskets ... make it a no go for me. If you want better prices go to Woodman's, ALDI, or Meijer. If you want a better selection of natural/organic products go to Fresh Thyme or Festival Foods. If you want just a few items you can run in and out for and don't mind hustling from the far side of the parking lot or paying a bit more, then Pick n Save is an option. I also want to note that I am from the Milwaukee area where all the Pick n Saves are much bigger than this.... this store feels small to me, for a Pick n Save. I cannot really say whether or not less space means a poorer selection of items however as the time we visited there were NO SHOPPING CARTS or BASKETS left and so we could only grab a few items and kind of just left in disgust.....

I'm new to the area so I've been bouncing between grocery stores until I find the one I like best. This may be it. This store has almost every brand i would buy and then some. Even the "Roundys" brand is quite good. The only thing I can't find in this store is farina. They even have the the snack banana twins. For some reason I don't get the circular in the mail but they have plenty as you walk in the store. There's always good deals and plenty of coupons every week. The staff here is great. The meat department, the bakery, customer service and the extra friendly cashiers. You can't go wrong in there. The only bad thing so far is the lack of parking spots. The rest is all good. If your new to the area or just looking for a place to grocery shop look no further.
