I like to say I don't do 5 stars. If you like me I do not look at ANY 5 star reviews. I like to say they shop is great. Emma is the best. I had issues with my heat. I totally appreciate when they called and broke down everything that could be wrong and asked how I wanted to proceed. What I appreciated the most was when I went to pick up my truck I expressed concerns about what if it wasn't working like I expected. Emma said just call us and we will take care of it. 3 days later I got a call from Emma asking how the heat in the truck was working. I never got a call from any other shop asking if my truck was working like I wanted. I waited over a week to put in review to just make sure everything was still working to my satisfaction. I can see doing more business with them. Like you see on most reviews about the shop they are honest and quick service.

This shop is hands down awesome. I work out of state and my vehicle threw a code on Thursday and found my way to this shop. After talking to the receptionist I left the vehicle for them to hopefully get toon Friday. I got a call from them Friday morning said they located the problem and I gave them the go ahead. By lunch time I had my truck back running awesome and with my luck I didn’t even miss work with it being in the shop. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking

Great experience! It's refreshing to get such outstanding communication. I especially like that they instantly referred to me by my name and remembered me when I called or stopped in. The shop is clean and organized and the mechanic was on top of his game. I was informed every step of the way and it was all explained thoroughly. They even called when they suspected a problem, just to keep me informed. Better yet, they solved the problem minutes after we hung up. Overall, I'm impressed, satisfied, and a customer for life. Thanks again, everyone.

Very responsive - friendly - and professional. Although I went in a different direction with my repairs - they did fix a slow leaking tire by scrubbing the wheel & replacing the valve stem. Not leaking anymore. I would use in the future & would recommend.

I can't thank the team at Ricchio enough. What a warm welcoming and enjoyable experience. It really felt a cut above. Their impeccable service and great value is hard to match. I'd recommend them 10 out of 10 times.

I stopped by with a slow leak in my tire. Even though the entire staff was eating lunch, Pete took the time to plug the tire for me and I was on my way in under 10 minutes. Another great experience at Ricchio AutoWorks, LLC!!! I wouldn't even THINK about going anywhere else.Service: Tires

I am extremely critical of auto mechanics. Few that I have tried in my entire life have earned repeat business from me. So far Ricchio has not disappointed. I've gone to them with more than just routine maintenance, and they've been quick and competent each time. The shop appears clean and organized which I appreciate, and communication has been excellent.
