Dropped off car at 7:30 AM on Friday, March 29. Posted hours show they were open until 5:00. Received a call the work was done at 2:30, but was told they were closing at 3:00 and would have to get my car immediately or wait until Saturday to get it. What?? Work appears to be fine, but zero respect for customers is something I won’t tolerate. Won’t go back.

Safelite and particularly the people at this location really came through for me after a vandal smashed my window. They squeezed me in same day, last minute as I was trying to drive out of town for a holiday weekend, went out of their way to get the glass needed and then came to me to do the work at a very reasonable cost. Everyone involved was very nice and helpful and the work was flawless— can’t thank them enough.

My first experience with Safelite was great! Setting up the appointment was easy and they provided a lot communication prior to the replacement of my windshield as well as during and after. Service was super quick. Jeremy did a great job! The receptionist was really nice too!

I had set up my appointment online. Which was very easy to do. They were fast hour plus stops. Not expensive, friendly service. I would recommend them to anyone.

Had a 2 small chips in my windshield and submitted a claim through my insurance who said I had to replace the windshield out of pocket, unless it could be repaired. When I went in and explained the situation the woman looked at it and said it could be repaired. My expense went from over $300 to $0. She brought it in and had the repair done in 30 minutes, as she stated when I had asked before the service. Can see the repair but a lot cheaper than replacing. She was very friendly and answered all of my questions.

I could not be happier with my experience. I will say this... MARIAH NEEDS A RAISE! When I say this woman went above and beyond due to my appointment being rescheduled, I mean WAY above and beyond. I have never been treated so amazingly and professionally even when I was frustrated and had an attitude. Mariah made it so hard for me to have an attitude any longer, she was kind, understanding, helpful and all around amazing! I cannot say enough about her service. It was truly top tier!!!

Scheduled my appt online and dropped my car off and had to return another day bc they needed to order new glass. I appreciated that they called to let me know. Installation was quick and easy and the staff was friendly and helpful! I will continue to do windshield repair/replacement at Safelight!

If your vehicle has pre-collisiom, DO NOT go here! The cheap glass they install will likely not work with these advanced safety features. You will be going back for multiple installations just to get one that works. And don't expect anything for your time and inconvenience. It's just an awful company with awful service.

SAFELITE SCRATCHED MY CAR VERY BAD!!! There was an inspection done by the police, prior to dropping off my vehicle to safelite. There were no damages/scratches on the body of the car, the only damage visible was the windshield. When I dropped off the vehicle to Safelite it needed a replacement windshield and the camera required a recalibration. They fixed it, and I picked my car up, when I got home I noticed scratches on the passenger side. I called safelite and the lady on the phone told me the scratches were already on the car, and the technician took a photo. I advised her of the inspection prior to drop off, and the scratches were in fact not on the vehicle. I requested all photos of my car with timestamps. She emailed me 1 photo of the scratches on the passenger side with a timestamp of 08/21/23 @12:08PM. Safelite sends live text and email updates of the repair process. I received a text on 08/21/23 at 11:02AM "YOUR REPLACEMENT SERVICE HAS STARTED" This confirms the technician took the photo of the damage a hour after he worked on my car. I received another update at 12:28pm "WE ARE WRAPPING UP YOUR RECALIBRATION" And finally the last update stating "TO ALLOW ADHESIVE TO SET PROPERLY YOUR TECHNICIAN HAS CALCULATED THE SAFE DRIVE-AWAY TIME TO BE 12:50PM" With that being said, the technician took the photo over a hour after the repair process started and 20 minutes before "wrapping up the recalibration to the camera" The scratches are all parallel to each other, located on the front passenger door. The scratches are all 9 inches above the rocker panel. There is a scratch 2 inches long then there is about 6 inches in-between to the 2nd set of scratches which are 2 inches long each. With another space in-between of about 6 inches to the 3rd scratch which is 4 inches long. All scratches running parallel to each other, with a total width of 18-20 inches from beginning to end. This has been a HORRIBLE experience!

Excellent customer service!! We were on our way from North Carolina to Appleton to see our son when our windshield was hit by a rock. We showed up in Kenosha at the end of the day after an 11 hour drive without an appointment. It was close to closing but they got us in immediately and repaired our windshield. They were so professional and kind! Kenosha Safelite is the BEST!! Thank you Chris!

I had my glass changed out today, June 29th, 2023. When I received my keys, I stated the remote start did not work. They said they had nothing to do with that. The remote start worked the day before... this is a dealer maintained car. The dealer installed the remote start. I called my dealer after getting home, they advised it was likely the glass shop that caused the issue. I then proceeded to try and call the glass shop. Good luck! You cannot get through on the phone all numbers listed online. This seems like a scam, except they do warranty work with insurance companies.. So, I then called my insurance company and explained. They then connected me to SafeLite support magically. (I advise you call your insurance company rather than trying to bother with SafeLite numbers online) It is good the insurance companies get a thread going on this shop. The result? They scheduled a warranty appointment with the same shop. Another afternoon blown. I'll update this if they actually fix the issue....The shop then referred me to the dealer, saying they would warranty the work. I waited another week for that appointment. The conclusion is they did not warranty the issue. I paid 175$ at the dealership to have the issue resolved. No one knows how the remote start stopped working after the glass shop had the car. Basically , they re-flashed/ programmed the remote start and all was well. I did learn I could take my vehicle to the dealer future glass repairs.. so that was a bonus.

I would like to thank SAFELITE for being a CLASS ACT handling my DEPLOYED MILITARY SONS vehicle. It started out POORLY and went SOUTH, but after explaining the circumstances to the manager, she quickly called her managers and WE all discussed it over the phone. And WE got it all worked out. THANK YOU.

This was the only place in range that my insurance approved. If you have the same situation, I'm sorry. It was an awful experience. First my window was not installed correctly. I had to wait 2 week for it to be reinstalled meaning I couldn't wash it or drive it in bad weather for 2 weeks. This is my main car, I don't know many people that have spare cars laying around just in case. When the windshield was installed the second time they didn't clean any of the mess. I had marks all over the windshield, debris all over the dash and scratches all overy posts. They claim I couldn't prove the scratches were from installation so now my 4 month old car has more wear than the 7 year old car I sold. If you need more than a chip repaired, fight to go somewhere else.
