Taya was very friendly and professional. She was able to help me resolve my issue quickly even though I had be told by online customer service to drive up there from Illinois for no reason.

4get what i went for, but Danyielle (guy) was VERY HELPFUL! He went above and beyond to help my husband get his phone right. Our son worked there a few yrs back, and he still remembered him and us from coming to the store when he was there. Sometimes you have workers, and then u have helpers! Danyielle is a helper. He wanted to make sure that by the time we left, we were satisfied, and if he couldn't help us, we'd have the right ppl and info to get us the right help. Sometimes, it's not the business but the ppl that make up the business. Danyielle was one of those guys. SPECTRUM, you've got a good one in this guy right here!

I recently went to the spectrum store in Plesant Prarie Wi. I was very impressed with a young lady named Taya. She was able to help me navigate changing services providers, and even though the process was difficult, she was patient and very courteous. I appreciate good customer service.

TAMI was the worst customer service representative I have ever spoken with and completely disregarded my situation which was more than valid. The fact that she is a supervisor says a lot about the company and proves that they don’t care about their (now past) customers. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

Why do people blame the store for problems that have nothing to do with the location or it's employees? I needed to return some equipment and the location was closed than the nearest UPS drop-off location. No wait, several employees in sight. The only thing I thought was bizarre was that I had to sign-in. I guess that's how they make sure you have your place in line when it's busy. But apart from employees, I was literally the only person in the store. Staff was friendly and I was in and out in 5 minutes.

What a depressing place to be every customer looks unhappy and waited 15 minutes to be helped. That is kind of how cable is defined unpleasant experience and service. Here is a 5 hour service window we will show up sometime in there. Hopefully

Holy hell these jokers are flipping RUDEEE
This guy was not only interrogating me about the size of my home in front of a room full of customers (because I need 2 modems & routers) saying WOW you must have a HUGE HOME! If it’s more than 3600 square feet then I get it, how many square feet is it?? Because I can’t give you these unless I verify it...
(I gave him no information) but THEN he was literally yelling 6300 sq feet please!!!! To literally everyone in the store!!
NOBODY was within 6ft of anyone....

spectrum is actually the worst. hidden fees, equipment that doesn't work, customer service that doesn't care. hidden fees over and over again. they will never be forthcoming with you about how much you have to pay even if you ask a million questions. not to mention their Internet box did not work for me and I have to wait until tomorrow for someone to come make a mess in my apt and fix it.

Experience was excellent. Initial wait was a little long, but we'll worthwhile. Brandon was extremely knowledgeable and made the switch from my previous carrier to spectrum a smooth process.

I have it 3 stars just for the waiting times. The staff is friendly, you have to sign in, and wait to be called. All I did was exchange a modem and that took at least 45 min.

Terrible service!!!! Always have outages but want to charge a premium price for your services!!! Garbage services!!! Honestly yout services are worth 10 bucks to me. Wish you would get shut down due to terrible services. You guys suck!!!!!!!!
