I do have nice things to say in these reviews, believe it or not. The man who looks to be in his late 30's early 40's is the best employee there. He works his ass off and was the only one who steps up to fix issues at the pump, the drink machines, and helps the merchandisers. He informs people in a nice way that the self checkout is gone. He recognizes me when I come in, and that means so much to me because I try to do the same thing everyday at my fast-paced job as well. He really is the face I look forward to, and hope to see besides the ones that treat me like garbage even though I see them at my own job.

Clean and usually stocked. Needs more help staff to help with the lines or the door. They have a self check out that not many people seem to use. Staff that are there are usually pleasant and helpful.

Really busy , a woman was there paid inside for $20 in cash for her pump, and as I was standing there for over 10 minutes she said she was ripped off, said the pump stopped at $5 told customer service that they owe her $15 . The manager went out to the pump and she did effect pay the entire $20 for her gas. She made a huge deal telling people that speedway ripped her off don't trust them. Like it was a big scene. Custom service and the manager was very polite and professional apologized to everyone waiting in line . No problems on anyone else end. Kudos to speedway. They did everything right.

First let me say, that I like Speedway the company. They make the best coffee in the business. Their staff is usually friendly, but when I went into the bathroom of this particular facility, I almost threw up. It is quite possibly the filthiest most disgusting bathroom I have ever seen in my 57 years. That bathroom looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years, and that's no exaggeration. I was so disgusted, I was compelled to take several pictures of the abhorrent disgusting filth!! CLEAN IT UP PLEASE!!

I came in and greeted with almost disgust and when I realized I had forgot my ID at the counter, she just stared at me like I was a criminal, super rude. I came back with my ID and Clearly this lady hates her job by her level of customer service, Jennifer is her name. Just be warned. The man who greeted me afterwards Doc was kind super helpful and even greeted my daughter. That's the kind of person you want to take service from.

4:30 in the afternoon I had to wait 5 minutes to get an open pump and when I come out I noticed the pump next to me that the guys just sitting in his truck in the air conditioning watching his guys work not that anybody else needs gas you know if that's a real winner there man

I've been shopping at this company for six years and four months ago, I was having a conversation with my teenager about the store, not being stocked up one day and the manager Kendra did not like my conversation with my teenager and decided to tell her staff not to serve me or my children anymore so I've been out of the store for four months I go in she tells me I'm not to be served there still anymore I have contacted corporate I was told by corporate that I could shop there. Well, then I'm being told again no I'm not to be able to shop there by Kendra. I have it on camera everything else well now I've been in contact with corporate again and now they're telling me that I am no longer allowed to shop in the store all because I made a complaint about the manager. Her name is Kendra the manager in the store. I am a disabled person. This store is the closest store to my house. This store is never stocked up, it's dirty machines in the store. This manager is rude to people, but the corporate is doing nothing about her. She treats people very disrespectful, but I just had conversation with the corporate office and they do not care. I even told them that I am disabled, and they do not give a crap about that. They told me that it is best that I shop clear out of my way if I wanted to shop at a Speedway store, I told them that I will be looking for an attorney that will deal with the discrimination of this factor because I only made a complaint about the store not being stocked up and I am being banned from this store. I have video of Kendra cussing me out and cussing at my children. if anybody wants to call and complain about this business, here is a phone number that you can call and make all the complaints you want to since I know you won't be given a phone number by anybody else. 972 828 6585 and her name is Janey make all the complaints you want about this store maybe then things will get done and people will see that the employee Kendra is bad for the store

Early morning 8am shift....took $29.92 from my debit card..that was on 5/9/22..I have yet to see it back on my card...I've called...went in there... emailed them on the website...no response...and no refund as of today..5/15/22"Reese" was the cashier... SOMEONE HAS TO DO SOMETHING...this is rediculas.

I called the store and then came in bc I was told by Jen she’s not allowed to give prices over the phone. When I arrived she looked shocked. I was trying to load my chime card she acted like she didn’t know how to do it. She said “ they don’t give us many options on third shift”.
