Been coming here for years - I like that you can now move n online, instead of making an appt. And we were able to get the same space we had last year. Very convenient!

Definitely disappointed with the level of service this place has the worst management ever!!! The women that either owns the storage facility or is managing has no type of customer service it’s a shame to see a business go down the drain over poor management. We have a vehicle stored and since the new owners took over it’s been one issue after another issue. The last one broke the straw!!We stored the vehicle and the code was not working we notified the manager on duty that claimed to be the owner in her condescending tone! Well guess what code DOES NOT WORK Now came to pick up the vehicle, mind you we have been on a waiting list to get a classic car worked on and the stupid code doesn’t work. We have been waiting over an hour and a half for a manager. The place is supposed to have someone here 9-1 on a Saturday that is a joke called numerous times no one could assist!! Their call center is not helpful at all. All they kept saying was that they were trying to reach out to management. Last year here for sure. Makes me sad because this place is a few blocks away from our home super convenient. Just be ware if your looking to rent a space!

I rented 3 indoor spots for my vehicles at this location. One day when my wife and I wanted to drop off two cars for storage we noticed there was a boat taking up two of our spots. To top it off, the boat was blocking one of my vehicles so it couldn’t be accessed. (see picture)I tried getting a hold of management for weeks before getting a call back. When I finally spoke to a manager, she told me “there were other spots you could’ve parked in” therefore I couldn’t receive a refund for the month my spots were taken.During this month our monthly rate went from $60 to $99 per unit. This was never disclosed and they even apologized for not sending a notice about the rate increase.The facility is old but the gate and tech is new. The management leads me to believe your vehicle can be damaged or stolen without you knowing until you went to check on it yourself. Absolutely terrible customer service.Please take your prized vehicles elsewhere with a proper staff that can communicate.Keep in mind, this all happened under the new ownership.

Website does not work, phone number does not work. How are people supposed to pay for monthly storage or even check up on their car? Fix your systems and communicate properly, not too hard!

Website doesn't work, Phone number doesn't work! I don't know how anyone can do business with with a place that you cant even get ahold of!
