My experience has been different. I brought a 2015 Chevy Equinox from Prime Motors, Amarjit was the one who sold it to me. I believe I've only had it for roughly two weeks before i discovered a sound coming from my front tires, I told Amarjit about it, he immediately got my car in for service, he kept in touch with me. Prime Motors Service Center fixed the issue and there's no more sound, car runs good. After my car was fixed, he called and made sure i was satisfied with everything, he showed concerned and that made me feel like a valued customer.

Jesus and Gabriella and their staff are beyond professional! This shop services all of our needs. From tires to engine issues to alignment needs, I make sure my family only comes here as well as my friends and my community where I work, I refer everyone here. Anytime I’ve sent to them has told me they are very happy! They even do thorough inspections to make sure all of your vehicle needs are safe for travel and don’t forget to get your ac recharged. Great shop.

I purchased a vehicle from Prime Motors that failed the requirements of the "buyers guide" meaning it was a death trap. Despite Prime Motors completing many of the repairs they treated me like Black Lives Don't Matter too because I complained about the car being a death trap. Despite the DMV complaint investigation asserting the car is now road worthy, my vehicle was in there shop being repaired for roughly a month. Nonetheless, I will be taking them to court to get a full refund for all monies spent on the vehicle. My experience with Prime Motors was pleasant until after they took my $7,000 plus for the vehicle and then I went down the toilet!

*Great Service*Any and all car problems I have had, they have worked with me to fix.Last month, a local Take 5 shop messed up my mud flap and oil plug.The mechanics at Prime were able to tell right away that they ( Take 5 ) had used American vs. European oil and within 1-2 hours had rectified the situation -I appreciate the friendly & knowledgeable staff and will be a return customer.
