I ordered Custom shower drapes for my 6 foot tile shower walls for my guest bathroom. The two extension rods were improperly placed on the Tile Wall. After coming home from Vacation we came home to both curtains , and both extension rods have slipped off of the tile walls and damaged the tub & tile. The interior decorator luann told me it would cost me $75 for her installer to reinstall the extension rods because the warranty was up two weeks ago. Luanne also added that , to have this never happen again The shower rods needs to be drilled into the tile hopefully not cracking the tile but it will cost me big bucks ! luann did not notify me when we ordered the shower curtains about the extension rods must be drilled into the tiles in order for then not to slip off the tiles again when I first ordered. This is so devastating to me she will not return my calls.

The fellas downstairs ordered the part I needed for a dishwasher, called when it arrived and charged a fair price. They are helpful and friendly.Next visit, they sold me a used appliance at a fair price and again we’re very friendly and helpful even brought it outside and helped load it into my truck.

Do not trust there used product. They say they test them before they sell them. Not true. My daughter had problems the first time she tried to use it. Now we have to bring it back to them. They do not make house calls on there used products. They should tell you things you should know when buying there used not working products. Just received a message from the owner stating that if I had it delivered by triangle they would have sent a tech. I asked if they could deliver when I purchased the dryer and was told they couldn't deliver it. For whatever reasons I don't know but I'm sure there's a reason in there fine print. Just be decent to your customers and you wouldn't get reviews like this. I got that dryer for my daughter and 2 grandkids. Thanks for not being customer friendly triangle. Dryer still not working.

My refrigerator gave out on me a couple of weeks ago. I immediately called Triangle to try to use a local business. They had to schedule my service almost two weeks out, which I am fine with, so I scheduled it. They scheduled my time from 8am-1pm. By 1pm on the scheduled day, a Wednesday, nobody showed up. I called Triangle, and the guy said that the service center was closed, and that they only work a half day on Wednesdays. They guy on the phone said he could not help me, but he would have the service guy call me first thing in the morning. Here I am, the very next day at 3:51pm, and still no call. Very bad business. I was going to order some bathroom tile from Triangle as well, but they have also lost that business. There are plenty of other local businesses who are happy to take my money. As for the fridge, I called another company in the next county, and they happily came out to service my refrigerator.

Overcharged me for repairs ($364) for my refrigerator then it stopped work few weeks later and they then wanted to charge me an additional $500 for the correct repair, with only $145 credit. Then the repair man tells me they have used one in stock for $300.Service: Freezer repair

Love their service. I have bought furniture, and blinds form them and I've always had a very good experience. They are knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. I recommend Triangle very highly.

Need a service call? HOLD ON TO YOUR WALLET if you are considering Triangle Appliances! I scheduled a service call to have my washing machine serviced. They were booked up for 2 weeks before they could come to see what was wrong with it. That is understandable, they are a local business and I’m sure very busy.When I scheduled the appointment I was not quoted how much the service call would be. The repair technician came looked at the washer,( he was here for less than 15 minutes). I was told me they would call me after they looked up the price of the part, and again at no time did they mention how much the service call would be.5 hours later they called me back and told me they were unable to get the part in order to fix the washer. Ok, no problem. It is what it is. At that time they asked me how I wanted to pay for the service call in the amount of $106!!! I expected to be charged a service call but $106 for being here 15 minutes?? That is obscured!!Service: Washing machine repair

There used washer and dryers were over priced and the ones they had in the store were bent and had rust all over then and was still around 250 each.

When I purchased a new stove and oven, they asked me what was important to me and provided price and spec comparisons of several models. The prices were comparable to box stores...their install was great and then I had a real person I could call when I had questions about how to maintain the oven. Really good experience.
