Refund was issued for the fees and charges that shouldn't have been charged. Kudos to U-Haul for correcting that. But from now on I'll only use U-Haul Centers.

Very very slow service. We were charged a late fee for returning the truck half an hour after the return time, because when we picked the truck up the man working took an hour just to give us the keys. The man even said it was his first day and he was the only one working there.
