I haven't been to the main post office in a very long time. It's just as I remember. Looks like a museum and can get very busy fast.
We had a issue with getting a package. The reasons are not important. The help was amazing.
They found the post officer on his route and w9rked with him to ensure delivery.

Only exists because of the goverment keeps it alive. Horrible service, horrible tracking, horrible responsivness, and worst of all straight out lies.
Says "A slip was left" which is an absolute lie, proven with cameras on our home. What a disgrace of postal services.

these service providers have no respect with peoples packages AT all. The service is completely terrible , this is the hundredth time my package was just completely thrown. I’ve had broken items, busted open liquids, and a rude awakening clearly each time they arrive I hear em forsure! My package sounds like it gets slammed against my door like you guys don’t walk up my porch and properly set it down , isn’t no toss either it gets thrown against my house everyone in my household can hear it cause you hear something get thrown at the door and today I heard something sound like glass get broken. It’s just sad atp like I know you may be in a hurry but don’t mean you gotta throw my items specially not knowing what’s in them. I always order tons of things and it isn’t nice having a package of 9 items and having to throw every single one away because one item got shattered and all over the other items. Just have more respect frl it’s irritating

this is how my package arrived. not only was it 5 days late but it’s so clearly mishandled. i haven’t even opened it yet. i spoke to customer service about my package and why it was late and she proceeded to not only be unhelpful and rude but blamed ME for my package being late. i want to give this company 0 stars because this isn’t the first time my package delivered from USPS has been delivered extremely late and delivered looking a mess/being damaged. by far my least favorite shipping company and i let out a HUGE sigh every time i see that USPS will be delivering my orders.

I'm amazed they're still open .Tried to call for a answer to asimple question but was unable in any ways shape or form to reach a living breathing person .round and round and round.a COMPLETE waste of time!

Without question, if I have anything other than a letter being dropped off, the Kenosha deliverers WILL NOT deliver packages for me at my residence. I’ve left notes, instructions, and spoken to the employees I can at the Kenosha office but it’s happened yet again today. I paid for expedited shipping and informed after the post office was closed for the day that my delivery was attempted but not completed. I was home the entire time and there was no attempt at all. From my experience, I would recommend any other mailing service for your larger items. Even if it’s just a charging cord, like my last order was, it’s too much for the Kenosha usps to handle reliably.

This is my 2nd time and last time coming here. The lines is always long and out the door it always be 1 clerk working the front. I was shipping a package back this time, and the clerk stated next time have my package taped and the barcode replaced I mean you are a post office don't you have tape. I never had a issue with the post office I usually go too. The she stated makes sure your label is printed off, as the previous comments say they will have you go to your nearest library to have you print your own label, when all they have up do is scan a barcode to where it automatically print out itself. I will continue to go else where but beware when coming here!

I have my order from my Walmart app saying that it’s delivered in/at mailbox, but there’s no sign of it there nor by my front door. And not only that, they somehow deliver to my mailbox/front door very late compared to how their supposed to be delivering to me. I’m giving USPS 1 star for now until they get better service and better delivery everyday and every year, especially during the holidays.
