I'm amazed they're still open .Tried to call for a answer to asimple question but was unable in any ways shape or form to reach a living breathing person .round and round and round.a COMPLETE waste of time!

Without question, if I have anything other than a letter being dropped off, the Kenosha deliverers WILL NOT deliver packages for me at my residence. I’ve left notes, instructions, and spoken to the employees I can at the Kenosha office but it’s happened yet again today. I paid for expedited shipping and informed after the post office was closed for the day that my delivery was attempted but not completed. I was home the entire time and there was no attempt at all. From my experience, I would recommend any other mailing service for your larger items. Even if it’s just a charging cord, like my last order was, it’s too much for the Kenosha usps to handle reliably.

This is my 2nd time and last time coming here. The lines is always long and out the door it always be 1 clerk working the front. I was shipping a package back this time, and the clerk stated next time have my package taped and the barcode replaced I mean you are a post office don't you have tape. I never had a issue with the post office I usually go too. The she stated makes sure your label is printed off, as the previous comments say they will have you go to your nearest library to have you print your own label, when all they have up do is scan a barcode to where it automatically print out itself. I will continue to go else where but beware when coming here!

I have my order from my Walmart app saying that it’s delivered in/at mailbox, but there’s no sign of it there nor by my front door. And not only that, they somehow deliver to my mailbox/front door very late compared to how their supposed to be delivering to me. I’m giving USPS 1 star for now until they get better service and better delivery everyday and every year, especially during the holidays.

Cant get 1 simple question answered because i cant talk to a real person there isnt an option to just talk to a representative which is all i need. HORRIBLE AND VERY FRUSTRATING SERVICE DO BETTER

I wish there was an option to give them 0 stars, because honestly they don’t even deserve 1. The employees at the Kenosha post office are rude and absolutely incompetent, I was having issues with my packages being incorrectly held at customers request. The second time I went to pick up my packages the worker took down the tracking info, went back for a couple seconds, and came back saying it wasn’t there when it clearly stated on the official USPS tracking site it was. When I asked her how this was, she had no explanation and was extremely rude & short. So I left and called the actual USPS agents to make sure my tracking information was correct, and it was- my packages had been there the whole day. I went back and while speaking with a different employee, the first one called her over and attempted to get her to not help us by saying she’d already spoke with us & told us to come back tomorrow. Yet, the second employee was able to locate my packages within 2 minutes. I don’t understand how employees who are meant to serve the public can be so ridiculously incompetent and rude, it’s one thing to be disrespectful, but it’s another thing to be so pathetically inept- do better.

Only giving 3 stars bc the clerk there is excellent. However the postmaster gets negative stars for the way a post office in a metro area is always understaffed and they don't even provide an automated self serve station

I noticed when going in there was a help wanted sign out front and this Post Office appears to be understaffed- I get that. The issue I have is the line that is way too long for customer service because the processes there seemed flawed. Also, counter lady seems to have an attitude.

Had 4 products shipped get stuck here and two were stolen and package was still sent empty. Enjoy your jobs while they last lol.

I was in and out. I was the only customer there when I arrived. No lines, no waiting. The clerk was polite and quick.
