Very slow drivethru with no one in line. Called ahead and pharmacist said she doesn't have the medication when she did have it in stock after asking again to check.

I cannot believe how long of a wait there is at this location EVERY SINGLE TIME!It doesn’t matter if there’s 8 cars in line or 1 car, they are slow every single time.The pharmacy technicians that are hired here are completely incompetent and useless.I worked as a tech at a different Walgreens pharmacy and could NEVER imagine it being acceptable to allow our lines to have a 30—50 minute wait time.Stop doing insurance in the drive through, stop correcting issues in the drive through, and STOP LETTING PEOPLE SIT AND WAIT for THE MEDS!!!Learn how to keep the line MOVING!

Wait in the drive through is insanely long, which it shouldn’t be. It takes them a long time to service just one vehicle. Hire someone who moves quickly. Even when I’ve gone inside they take a long time, with 3+ people working behind the counter!

My Mother fell and we left the ER and went straight to Walgreens to fill her script and upon arrival was given attitude right off. My Mother was in extreme pain and needed her medication, once given the script they failed to also give her the lidocaine patches that were also prescribed! Absolutely horrible experience with this pharmacy, they should definitely look into the ineffective service they provide. My Mother is 75 and they should be ashamed of themselves!!!

Bring a book with you, or plan to watch a movie on your phone while waiting in drive-thru or inside. Very slow location

Drive Thru pharmacy is awful with wait time. Expect to sit in line for at the bare minimum 20 minutes and at most 45 minutes. They need 2 people on the drive thru to handle both lanes of traffic.

Rx service is so SLOW. Been a life long customer but that is about to change. They need to hire more people to care of the customers.

Should be zero stars. The worst pharmacy in all of Kenosha! The techs are rude and terrible at their job. The would be better off working fast food since they can't do anything right and their attitude is awful! Avoid the garbage pile and trash bag techs!

After surgery I called to check and see if my medicine was called in. The woman that answered the phone in the pharmacy was super sweet to me!! She sent the call back to the pharmacist. The woman I spoke to was very rude when explaining the time and date I could pick up my medicine. I even told her that she shouldn’t be speaking so rudely to me. That I had just had my gallbladder removed and I’m very much pain. She said well I don’t know any other way to explain this to you!! Yes my dear there is a way! You could speak kindly instead of loud and rude!! The young lady I spoke to that answered the phone was so nice! She also told me I hope you feel better soon and heal quickly!!! Maybe a phone etiquette review is in order!! Or my families business will be moved elsewhere!!

Worst pharmacy ever! No matter what prescription is sent in I have to go 3x in order to get it. 1-I'll go in an hour or two after my provider calls it it to make sure they received it, ( somehow no matter how long I wait to check they always say " the order for your prescription jussssst came over" 2- when I get a notification the prescription is ready, 3rd- time is after I go and it's not actually ready and they ask me to wait 20 min while they make it!
