Personally I’ve had no problems in the store but I’ve had a ton of issues with the pharmacy. Every month it’s an argument on why my insurance won’t cover my medication. Last month Sue was wonderful and took her time and helped me out and we thought we got it figured out well turns out this month it’s not covered again. I called yesterday and Julie picked up . She was super rude and couldn’t give me the answers to my questions I had , it sounded like I was being rushed off the phone also. Well today I called again .. got through the process of the Walgreens call and she picked up again I said I was just wondering if my prescription has been processed . She asked my last name then put me on hold. Then hung up the phone . Called back furious and got a man named Paul who was actually helpful. I understand it’s not their problem with it not being covered but I’m frustrated because I need my medication to leave and you’re not doing your job to help. Will from now on will be asking for anybody else besides Julie.

They have issues with the OTC cards. My insurance says it is eligible for OTC, Walgreens shelf says it's OTC eligible, yet I had to pay cash. When I questioned the clerk, she said just cuz it says it's an OTC item doesn't mean it is for my insurance. She's wrong, the receipt say OTC too. She said call the 800 #

I've encountered some challenges with the manager at the store, particularly with an older woman named Barb who’s red headed and who I believe is the manager. Her management style tends to exacerbate my migraines every time I visit this store and she’s extremely unhelpful and unprofessional

The store is fine great service but the pharmacy is in the dark ages two hours waiting for prescriptions already called in I lived in Antioch Illinois and two 80 Year old sisters were ten times faster than this pharmacy with several people working not helpful at all

Bad customer service very rude i came to pick up my prescription the lady told me it was not there that I had the wrong store found out it was there she was rude n do was the guy who called me back trying to blame the mistake on my doctor he was rude also telling me how they don't do things how the other Walgreens do I see why they only have a 2 star rating never going to this location again
