Walgreens is a popular pharmacy and retail store that offers a wide range of services. Customers can refill prescriptions, shop for health and beauty products, and even print photos. The pharmacy hours are extensive, operating from Monday to Friday, 8am to 10pm, Saturday, 9am to 6pm, and Sunday, 9am to 5pm. The reviews of Walgreens are mixed, with some positive experiences and some negative ones. Customers have praised the helpful and friendly staff, particularly the pharmacists, who have gone above and beyond to assist them. One reviewer mentioned a pharmacist with a Russian name who even called to check on how a customer was reacting to a medication, which is a rare and thoughtful gesture in today's fast-paced world. However, there have also been some complaints about rude staff, incorrect pricing, and a lack of responsiveness from the corporate office when issues were raised. One customer had a negative experience where they were charged full price for a prescription despite having excellent insurance, and the store did not address the issue even after the customer complained. Overall, Walgreens seems to provide a mixed bag of experiences, with some locations offering excellent customer service and others falling short. The store is generally well-organized and clean, and customers can often find good deals on products. The willingness of some staff to help customers save money and answer questions has also been appreciated by reviewers.

Went to Walgreens with my son. The young woman working was so helpful from the start. From the moment he entered the store she helped him find a knee brace that fit him for some pain he’s been dealing with. We need more staff like her.
