Went to walgreens after work.I had coupon deals that I wanted to do.
Candice, the manager was beyond exceptional with helping me!!
Britney was wonderful as well, helping me find my items.. Excellent customer service these ladies are keepers.

They’ve come along way, probably get paid for nicety service as they used to have a guy who got fired as he was highly rude. Charged me full price for prescription when I had excellent insurance. It was holiday weekend & he knew I was going on a trip. I complained to corporate as it was a $ 300 difference & Natta. Even Sue, who is awesome & been there 4ever helped me to send notice to corporate, but nothing. Not even feedback. I love the one pharmacist w/ Russian name, he is so kind & has even called to see how I was reacting to a medicine. In this day & age, no one does that . Then Bob Stevens s of former years are end of an era; so I was pleasantly surprised

Went to Walgreens with my son. The young woman working was so helpful from the start. From the moment he entered the store she helped him find a knee brace that fit him for some pain he’s been dealing with. We need more staff like her.

My experience with this Walgreens has been positive. I pickup a particular med here & pharmacy personal have been very helpful. The med can be difficult to get due to production issues & so far this location consistently has it (knock on wood). They were also kind enough to help me find ways to significantly reduce the price which I'm grateful for. I often feel that it's hard to get good customer support as too often folks are just to busy trying to get people out the door. The willingness to save me money and answer my questions won me over. Store is clean & well organized.

As a person who started going there before they were even there (as in they were on 6th Ave.), I've had good experiences and bad. I switched to another pharmacy and I'm happier there. I do stop in from time to time, and things seem better. I do miss some of the long term employees and wish them well

Aubrey is absolute horrible employee!! I went in to get test strips as I have gestational diabetes.. online they told me I could order them and they’d be ready in an hour. When I got there they only have them back in the pharmacy and it’s closed I asked her why does it say I can buy them online. She started laughing at me and I told her it wasn’t funny and to go to hell she said she would meet me there. She was straight disgusting towards me and thought it was funny and had an attitude.

Pharmacy staff beyond useless. Get way better care and help at smaller pharmacies.With actual knowledgeable staff and pharmacists.

Their pharmacy has the worst customer service skills. They're very rude when you speak to them on the phone they don't give your name their name when they answer the phone so that you know who exactly you're speaking to and the only reason why I use this pharmacy is because they are probably the closest one to me but if I had another choice, I'd definitely take my business elsewhere
