Tara was extremely rude and condescending. They lost my prenatal care prescription and showed little to no urgency in trying to locate it. She came off as very dismissive and argumentative. I asked to speak with a manager four different times, and each time she told me, ‘There’s no one over me.’ Completely unprofessional.

Apparently you can grab cases of water or items to hold your place in line. Came there today, waited about 3-4 min in line when it was my turn i was cut by a person I'd passed shopping in the back of the store a few min prior to getting in line who said they left their water to hold their place because the line was taking long...there were 4 other people waiting behind me at the time. So all you have to do is go in, grab water or juice place it on the counter, finish your shopping and they will allow you to front load when you're done shopping.

Walgreens has gone downhill and I can't even use my insurance there anymore. They are not contracted with my insurance. They dont do anything to help you figure out things that are going on with your meds. It is nice when you know a lot about insurnace and medications yourself, to be able to call them out on lies.

I have to fill out a test to get my prescriptions and Walgreens needs to also fill out part of the test to complete the prescription. There are fees that come along with the test. Walgreens decided not to complete their end and told me that I might have to repay for my side of things because they forgot to do their job. Not professional. Woman with blue hair was unhelpful and didn't seem to care (not her problem, it's mine). Wouldn't recommend this location as for their pharmacy.

My experience with this Walgreens,(that is in walking distance from my home), is honestly below 1 star. If I don't call on my prescriptions, they will not be filled for 6 plus hours ( from the time my prescriber sent scripts), or days, depending on my actions. They also, will not order out of stock scripts until I call and check on the status of the prescription.

Very fast place I don't have to worry long waits and barely cars in the drive thru! Compare to 80th Street Walgreens that I always have problems with. Plus very great workers ?

Why is it that everytime, EVERYTIME, I get a prescription here it's NEVER ready. I got one from the ER last night. Told me it would be ready. Went here and was told not ready. It will be ready in the morning. Go back this morning on my lunch break for my meds the the ER, and told STILL NOT READY. COME BACK IN 15 MINS. WTH

Be warned before applying to work here. The manager is direspectful, unimformative of what she does know unless it helps her, disrespectful, not helpful or easy to talk to, undignified, shows favoritism big time, needs new hires that don't know much but can help her, somewhat unknowledgable and struggles with the company technology. The employees are miserable so they are rude to each other and customers. The store is dirty too, not just old. Not a good representation of all Walgreens. One of the pharmacists is nice and the older man photo expert is helpful.
