called because i accidentally left something I bought on the register , didn’t tell me their name but a rude female , that basically said “ that never happened “ why would i lie about leaving behind $5 toilet paper are you for real ? need to work on customer service. using manors isn’t that hard , why be snarky to your customers?

Walgreen’s while having capable employee’s who try to help with problems encountered, the “systems” used in an effort to make the corporation work, makes dealing with Walgreen’s a very unsatisfying experience.
It is not the folks behind the counter that makes Walgreen’s malfunction, it is the command structure that allows a misfinctioning system cause so much pain for the customer.
Say goodbye to Walgreens, I did!

This pharmacy is a joke. They are rude. Run through new staff weekly. And make so many mistakes. Then they tell you it is your job to make sure they don’t make a mistake. Sad and very unprofessional business.

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY - THEY WILL INVADE YOUR PRIVACY!! I was being reevaluated by my doctor, it was the end of the year, and my insurance changed. I STOPPED MY AUTO REFILLS. The next thing you know, Walgreens took it upon themselves to INVADE my privacy, looked up my new insurance information on some database, and even though I had NOT asked for refills, and Walgreens was NOT a preferred pharmacy, they filled the prescriptions and sent me a message that "they're ready!" I was not happy, so I called and spoke to a tech who didn't have a clue. I told her NOT to cancel the prescriptions and that I wanted to talk to a pharmacist to find out why they did this. But she cancelled the prescriptions anyway, and instead of transferring me to the pharmacist, she transferred me to another tech called Debbie who was condescending and who could care less. I was never transferred to the pharmacist. Terrible customer service!

If you can go to CVS WALMART TARGET MEJEIR just do it. This store is in need of some serious DIVERSITY TRAINING.
Needless to say for the employees at this particular store please remember that WALGREENS DID NOT CHOOSE YOU. YOU CHOSE TO WORK FOR WALGREENS and uphold a level of respect to all people regardless of nationality, gender, age. And to all the ignorance that stood in line behind me snickering and making snide remarks while my back was turned remember you are the cause of the current division of chaos we are experiencing on a worldwide platform.
