It’s Walmart. No flow to the establishment. People rudely walk out in front of you or just randomly stop in front of you. Apparently the middle of isle is spot to chat it up with your friends. Not off to the side, but right in the middle.Store was fairly clean. But again it’s Walmart. Cannot go in with high expectations

Employees I asked about how the scan and shop works knew nothing about it. I was able to manage on my own. When I was in the process of checking out I ran into an issue with paying, the employee I got to come over didn't have a clue and just walked away leaving me to figure it out for myself. I was very disappointed that employees would not know anything about a paid memberships benefits and at least a basic knowledge of how it works.

You definitely get what you pay for, plus!! Been going to them since buying my SUV in 2016. Anything I need done engine or tire-wise, they're the best! And ppl are very customer oriented. Thanks everyone!!

Living in Illinois, I shop here for lower sales tax on my everyday items. Store is clean, employees are friendly. One less star for being so far north and no other location in like say... Pleasant Prairie.

The Walmart on Green Bay Road in Somers/Kenosha, Wisconsin area has everything going for it: Auto Care Center, Connection Center, Baby & Nursery Services, Bakery, Deli, Garden Center, Money Center, Patio & Garden Services, Photo Center, Vision & Glasses, Grocery Store, Bakery, Pharmacy, and a nail salon.Overall, my shopping experience was a positive one.The parking lot of this location is well surfaced with clearly marked parking spots. The lot is clean and shopping carts are removed from the cart corral on a regular basis. The store entrances are clean and feature a trash can at each entrance. The cart corral inside the store is always stocked with shopping carts. The carts a clean and offer ample space for shoppers to place their merchandise inside. The floors of the store are clean and well cared for. Each department I visited was neat, clean, and well-stocked.Products which are listed for sale on the store’s website are in stock on the shelves. This Walmart location offers a variety of merchandise for sale in each of the store’s departments. The store manager is a hands-on manager. He is consistently out in the store talking with department managers, employees, and customers. The store is well staffed with shift managers, cashiers, and department employees. The employees are professional and courteous. The only negative comment I have is regarding the defunct Subway restaurant. The space is set up as Subway left it. Tables and chairs are collecting dust. There is still edible merchandise on display in the restaurant.

Was lied to by the short haird Caucasian lady wearing glasses at the exit on the grocery side. She stopped me and asked if I used "smart pay", which I assume is walmart pay from the app. I informed her I did and she proceeded to ask to see my digital receipt. When I asked why, she blatantly lied and told me it was required by those using that feature. I've been using this feature in the app for a year now and have never been stopped. Both my disgust in her, and my curiosity made me give corporate a call. I asked if their policy on walmart pay had been changed and if I had to show my receipt. The simple answer was no. I did not have any large items, and ALL of my items were bagged. Not sure if it's was racial profiling or what, but it was completely unnecessary and uncomfortable.

this for sure the most ridiculous Walmart I have ever been too. far too often you have only self check out. why? i work all week for money. so im supposed to check myself out and not be paid to do that? most of the cashiers are numb and another word that rhymes with numb. you get home and discover you didnt get your dish towels, maybe your shaver, or that expensive tooth brush. whatever it may be they will goof your day up if you decide you really want your stuff you gotta do what you gotta do and inconvenience yourself for their stupidity. really watch and make sure these rude attitude cashiers have your stuff all given to you . only one cashier i know of there is a great cashier and her name is Yolanda. the only other ones would be myself or yourself checking yourself out for free to avoid the stupidity of the others, when Yolanda isnt working. sadly i have to shop elsewhere and not another walmart either. im just done with their nonsense and their arrogance. their manager needs to fix the place up, train their cashiers (except Yolanda she rules), and get some better products, most of it is ridiculous.

I mean, Walmart is what it is. The prices are unbeatable, but for all that, they fall short in every other category. The staff are generally rude and not helpful. Some of the employees are great, but it's few and far between. Their customer service is a 3 out of 10, at best. The store is normally low on stock, dirty, and not well maintained. But you will be hard pressed to find lower prices at other stores. That being said, I personally will pay the extra for a better customer experience and better selections.

Went school supplies shopping with my daughter. Very decent prices and nice selection of clothes. Some things were expensive but I expected that for this time of year with school openings.

Not a big fan of Walmarts but this one was ok. Found everything I needed. It seems to have been cleaned up since the pictures on this site were taken.

Very disappointed that no regular checkouts were open. I absolutely dispise self checkout. I don't get paid to scan my own purchases.
