We remain loyal U.S. Cellular customers for a few reasons...and one is definitely because of the outstanding customer service we've received from "Steve" at this store. In an ever-changing technology driven world, the two senior citizens living in this house struggle to keep up. So, whether it's a quick question about an existing cell phone's function, or the significant changeover to a completely new phone, Steve's unbelievable patience (and knowledge) is always appreciated! He is a great representative for your business.

The girl that was supposedly helping me was officially the dumbest person I ever meet ever in my life.It took her getting a manager for her to understand & get the phone plan/s outline pamphlet, but only after she gave me the government phone assistance reimbursement application. At least this only took about ten minutes.Then when I asked what speed the phone data is throttled to after surpassing the priority data limit, she told me it's 5G. Then said that it would help to understand it if I were to think about it like if I were at a football game & everyone in the crowd is using the internet. The priority data would let me get first dibs at the i-nets. LMFAOThis is when I looked at the manager and said, You can't help me here and I left.
