He is always willing to answer all of our questions and provides lengthy detail to better understand. We had recently put down our older cat Mattie. She was a regular at the vet with her kidney failure. It was a long treatment process but Dr Ogi and his team supported us through it from the beginning to the end stage. “Heart & Soul gives their heart and soul to the care of their patients. The reception and tech staff are exceptionally trained to handle most anything. My dog received lazer treatments for months and the techs made sure Sadie was greeted and made comfortable. These treatments were the successful in treating her arthritis and now she is a bouncy running girl. Because my Max required anal drainage monthly, we are there on a regular basis. Treatments are always on time, thoroughly explained and pleasant. Thanks to them, my dogs are willing to go to the vet. We are very grateful for this wonderful clinic.”

“I finally found a wonderful place to take my shihpoo. Dr. Meg was the only vet clinic that would see my baby when she was ill back in December. All the other local vets refused to take new patients or stated their schedule was already full. Dr. Meg was informative, patient, and kind. She listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. I scheduled my pup for a spay 3x at our old vet only for it to be canceled the same day. I scheduled my baby for spay with Dr. Meg asap since labs were already done. She advised me if I waited 3 months to have Stella spayed, she would need more labs and it would be more expensive. My pup was spayed yesterday and the entire team was wonderful. They called me today for an update and offered suggestions on getting my baby to eat. I trust these people!! 10 out of 10 reccomend”

“A last minute trip out of town required us to kennel our boy last minute. With our vet no longer offering kenneling and most kennels in the area being completely booked, we found Heart and Soul. They were able to accommodate a last minute overnight stay. We are so grateful for finding them. Staff were extremely helpful and kind, especially the receptionist at the front desk. Our pup is home now, happy as a clam and freshly bathed!”

“My cat had a tooth infection and a very loose tooth, she was in a lot of pain and could barely eat or drink because of it, she needed the tooth taken out asap, when nobody could get me in for an appointment on a holiday weekend , decorah got my cat in and was able to remove the tooth, the staff was great, very knowledgeable, and helped me make a hard decision, as the cat is older and surgery can be risky. They successfully removed the tooth and did a great job! My cat bounced back very quickly after. I am very grateful for the wonderful job they did, and the price was extremely reasonable. I'm so thankful for the treatment we received. The staff was so helpful”
