Hennings has some of the best cheeses in Wisconsin. We’ve especially enjoyed the Hatch Chile and Olive and Fennel Cheddar. The creaminess of the Hatch Chili is so good. There was a mix up on my order and they were really good about fixing it. I recommend their cheeses to everyone.
