Everyone here at the local post office in Kiel Wisconsin is truly a delight to deal with and work with. They always treat me with kindness. I sometimes have to pick up my packages from the office when they open before the mail goes out. It’s for work and I don’t have time to wait until the end of business day as they are usually urgent pieces. Every single time they work with me and take the time to stop whatever it is they are doing and find my package. I’ve lived here 8 years now and love everyone there. Even when they are busy and don’t necessarily want to go searching through mail (they are busy human beings with lives) they still do it! I appreciate you guys so much and hope you keep being amazing for me and my family here in Kiel. Thank you guys.

The team at the Post Office is amazing. Just had a Temp Carrier miss delivery a package of mine, Called the post office and within 5 minutes they were out by me checking the area for the package and found it. Quick service and miss deliveries happen when you have thousands of pieces of mail and have to hand deliver to every home / mailbox. Thank your carrier for what they do and where they have to do the work.

Have misplaced several expensive packages. Lied to me and said it was delivered. Rude culture here that try to protect their own. Including Tammy, Brenda, and kim. They are lazy when it comes to delivering your mail will just say you let it pile up and have you pick it up. I always get my neighbors mail. And was told I can't do her job.

Troubles with getting my package, a lot of the time I’m going to pick it up or they get lost in transit or driver doesn’t drop off when coming through.

They have lost a package because they left it unsecured. And damaged/broke two fragile items. The postmaster was rude when I called about the lost package. All within 1 month.

The postmaster does not seem to know what she is doing. Admitted to throwing out messages without following up. Will not research lost, tracked packages. Postal box across from grocery store was filled to the brim less than 24 hours from previous pick up time, there is absolutely no way it had been picked up within a week even. I've had at least 3 items not delivered due to wrong address; the address was correct. I truly have to wonder what is going on with this post office. How do you even summit a complain for a US Postmaster with proof of incompetence.

Went in to drop off a package that was already paid for. Rang they bell 3x before anyone came to help, Then once someone came to help They didn't say one word to me. In My eyes, That's extremely unprofessional and rude.Also wasn't wearing a Mask in the back or properly when coming to help.

Staff is friendly and helpful. I frequent this post office to mail packages to out of state family. I am always greeted with a smile and they offer the best price options.
