Poor followup service. Three of my family members, including myself, purchased Generac whole home generators at the same time. Marks's voice-mail has been FULL for better than 2 yrs. Really? When one of my family members called because the red light was on, she was told that they were short staffed and couldn't get to her. She had already had a battery that exploded and the repair guy didn't even have one on board when he did finally come. She had to wait for another service call. Hardly an adequate timely solution! Sorry guys but you need to clean up your act 😡

Great local electrician. Mark was easy to work with. Chance came and swapped out a stack light switch and fixed a kitchen issue we had. Really nice guys and will recommend them to anyone in the Fox Valley.

Mark and his crew did a great job with the installation of my Generac generator however he promised me a 7 year warranty and I still haven't received it a year and a half after the install. Generac hasn't been good a following up on their product either.

I tried to call to set up an appointment no answer and voice-mail was full. A while later I got a text in a meeting. Texted back that I apologize. I am looking to schedule service. Have not had any call or texts after.
