He answered every question patiently, didn’t rush any process and clearly communicated all the details. I had questions after our call and was able to text him and received an immediate response. Next up on the team was working with Meghan and driver Jeff! Continued outstanding customer service and attention to detail and everything else to ease my mind about my across country relocation. I had read lots of horror stories and was very nervous. They were there every step of the way for a positive experience and successful delivery too. “I must say of the hot mess I was in the mess of moving.. I couldn't have been stopped by a person so rightly fit for the position. Except.. he deserves more than a raise. Brennan was gifted the manic mess that spilled out the days stress as if he was a therapist instead of the employee of s self storage facility. Brennan took what came his way head on and showed he was capable of keeping his head on straight with his professional manner. He helped me understand the details that wouldn't come to trip me up later on. On top of ot all.. he shared kindness and empathy to go above and beyond the position. Feeling a sense of peace after the simple signing of a lease.. I couldn't be more happy with chosing Prime as the place to turn to. “When we purchased a motorhome, we needed a storage facility that was clean, secure, close to home and had a 14' door opening. We were lucky to find an open unit at Ballard Storage. We've been renting our unit for about 5 years and are very happy with the facility and the owners. The owners keep the area secure with cameras and lighting, and they keep the roads plowed and maintained, and we've not had any issues with rodents, which is a big deal for our motorhome. The online process for monthly payments is very easy and convenient. We are very pleased with our experience and highly recommend!”

“Did some extensive travel & stored some household items here for a year. Units are super easy to access from highways 441 & 41 as well as from the double lane drive-through pavement between buildings. Everything stayed dry and free from pests. Would absolutely use again if the need arose.”
