Workers are in a rush to push people to buy signature required just for tracking. Google still says usps does provide tracking without signature. I guess the female worker wanted usps to make some extra cash instead of providing the service that was ask.

The ladies that work here are nothing short of amazing! They're efficient, quick and cheerful! There's usually enough parking too. Make sure you postmark by 3pm!

Their Post Master is extremely unprofessional. I bought my house in May and my mail is still going to the wrong address. In fact it changed my banking address so I couldn’t use my card and is probably not working for my automated bills. Also I’m being told to register to vote at an address I don’t live at so if I can’t fix it by November I can’t even vote.

I will always come to this usps location if I have the option when shipping things, even when I lived in Neenah. The staff is always friendly and incredibly helpful. They’ve patiently explained different shipping options on multiple occasions. Best location in the Fox Valley by far.

This small town Wisconsin Post Office has a very good group of employees. They are always friendly, helpful, informative, and treat you as they'd treat a friend. Easy access on Kimberly Avenue which is almost never too busy to cross if you need to park across the street. Certainly my choice over larger town Post Offices where there can often be long lines.

I get the same lady whenever I go there and she is always very helpful. I only had one bad experience there but that guy retired.

I cant believe I am leaving a review for the USPS, but my first visit to the Kimberly PO was just so pleasant, I have to tell people about it. Pleasant is the best way to put it. I was just mailing a Flat Rate package so I was in and out but the worker (lady) behind the counter was just so darn sweet and nice! I wanted to avoid the headaches associated with going to the Appleton PO and that is exactly what I got. Thank you for a great start to my Monday!
