Ask them to Run a Diagnostics on my Computer Because it was over Heating, and I Believe it had something to do with the Motherboard, got it back and they told me what I told them, it’s overheating. Thanks what a waste of $100, and now my Pc Display doesn’t work. What a Joke

No criticism of the person that finally answered the phone and told me Geek Squad could not help me - but calling the local number I had to convince a BOT to let me talk to someone after BOT repeatedly offered to give me the local # I had just dialed. 5 min with BOT, 1 min with a real person.

Shae and Jason were incredible! Long story short I’ve been having terrible luck with dryers. Mine started on fire in November. I have ordered 3 different ones since and none of them worked. Had an awful experience with Costco with my first dryer. With Best Buy and Geek Squad the service has been incredible. My delivery team (Shae and Jason) was able to figure out that it’s actually my outlet that is causing the issue. Saving me the headache of exchanging for a fourth dryer that wouldn’t have worked either. As a mom of a 6 year old boy who plays hockey I am so thankful to finally have an answer and a plan to a working dryer!!

Brought my computer in because it wouldn't boot up, was told they couldn't fix it there and needed to send it somewhere else for $80 just to send it there. Then it came back and it was running extremely slow so then I had to set up a new appointment to clean up my computer. Got home and realized when they gave me my computer, they didn't give me the charger back with it. Very disorganized and unprofessional.

Got a new screen protector last week. Best buy employee installed it perfectly for free and said if it breaks come back for a new one. Today it broke. Got the free one but got sent to geek squad for them to install it. Got told it will be $8 to install. They give it back to me with bubbles all under the screen. The blue shirt employee did way better than they did. What a joke

Called to make an appointment. Associate spoke very poor English and was almost impossible to understand. When I asked to repeat her questions, she became somewhat short with me. Very poor customer service.

Stopped by twice in the same day to get phone screen repaired. They never started the process to turn it off. Phone is still not fixed. I live 25 minutes away.

Do not recommend. Originally went in to get the back of my phone fixed, left with it not working at all. I made my first initial appointment online almost a month ago, drove the 40 minutes it takes to get there, all for the guy to say that he did not see my appointment even though I had email confirmation. I was sent away and made a new appointment. I came back for my second appointment and was told they could not see me for whatever reason. Finally I went in and the part for my phone was ordered and he informed me it would take a week or two for it to come in, no big deal. I got the call that the part was in and made my appointment, I showed up and a female associate told me that the apple tech actually wasn’t there and that I needed to come back on that Thursday and that I did not need an appointment for that and to just come in. I left very annoyed, came back on Thursday all for the guy who ordered my part to tell me that the the apple tech was “unavailable and busy” he walked back multiple times to speak to said apple tech and then ended up saying “let me shoot it straight, we had a call in and he cannot do it” I at this point was very upset and told him I’ve driven back and forth way too many times and it’s unacceptable. He didn’t really say much and was insanely rude and non understanding, other than that I can come back Friday or Saturday. In which I was not available. He told me to come back Monday. In the meantime I got a call from the very nice manager who finally contacted me. Who said “your part is here, we can make an appointment” so clearly he was out of the loop. I explained to him what has happened. All for him to tell me THE APPLE TECH WAS NOT EVEN THERE the day that the male associate had been walking back and forth “talking to him” saying he was “busy” but according to the manager, apple tech was the call in. Not sure who this man was talking to when I was there. Manager over the phone is very apologetic and offers a partial or full refund. He says he will be there to be able to speak with me on Monday (new years day) and that my phone will actually get fixed. I thanked him and showed up on Monday. He was there as he said, offered a refund and took my phone for the repair and said at maximum, if something goes wrong it will take up till 4:00 PM at the latest. It was 12:00PM at that point. I left and at 3:30PM went in to ask on the status. The same female associate was there and told me that it would be another 20-30 minutes. I finally got my phone back and left the store. In the car I realize that its completely wiped and everything is gone including my cellular plan. I leave and figure I just need to log into Apple ID but can’t until I’m home. Once I’m home, my phone number is gone, and so is everything else and is not accessible without a bunch of codes in which I have no access to. My boyfriend called Geek squad all for the same male associate to say, “oh I forgot to say it will wipe all of your data, and you’ll have to go to your carrier to get it reset.” My boyfriend hung up, as he was no help. OVERALL the worst customer service and communication I have ever experienced. Don’t waste your time, and gas in my case. Better off just replacing through apple.

Geek squad here is a joke. Arrived on time for scheduled appointment and waited in line for 20 minutes with no one to check me in or say anything. I will not be coming back again.

This particular store has had abysmal service for years:1) I used to be greeted whenever I walked in, but not anymore.2) They have fewer clerks available, so the wait time to get assistance has gone up significantly.3) I ordered an item on line. They boasted ON LINE that they would have it ready within an hour. 2 1/2 hours later, I hadn't received any email or text update. I called before the store closed to find out why they hadn't prepared my order or contacted me, but I was on hold until after the store closed and my call went to their off-site customer service center. I canceled my order and got an email response before I even hung up the phone. Are they more interested in using refunds than actually selling anything?I will not be shopping there anymore. I don't like shopping at Walmart, but the same item was $32 less at Walmart AND they had it in stock AND they were willing to sell it to me. I don't work in retail anymore, but it seems that Best Buy is trying to turn away customers.

On 1/15/23 I went to the Kohler Best Buy to purchase a CD player, the employees were quick and helpful, and the cashier was also kind and efficient. How ever, there were 9 players there on the shelf listed for$28.99 and when I checked out, it billed my card for $39.99. The manager was mean and rude, and refused to sell it to me for the listed price. I explained in this country we purchased things for the price advertised, he said he didn't care, that someone else could have put them in the wrong spot, and he would not sell it for the posted price. This was after he left me standing there for quite some time, knowing the discussion I wished to have with him, he knew who I was and why I was waiting there to speak with him, while I did not know who or where the manager was. I finally had to track down who and where he was, this was inconsiderate and unprofessional as well. I guess we can just mark everything $1 and then stick it to the customer at check out, according to this mangers sales strategy.
