Ty does an awesome job with cutting women’s hair. But as for this customer service sucks when it comes to calling they even told me in person they don’t answer their phone at all. How am I supposed to know when he is in. After work I will be calling to cooperate office and complain.

I was aghast when my husband came out today from his haircut. We are retired visiting family from florida. He was literally butchered with a buzz cut. Apparently the beautician does not know how to use scissors a dash follow his style. I feel so bad for my husband who now has to wear a hat until his hair grows out. He did not sign up at 78 for a military haircut.

Ive had many trips there since I was little, I am currently 14 and the cuts have been decent especially with their prices. Lately, they have been butchering my sisters hair basically buzzing her bald on the back of her head and choppy cuts on the front. Dont make my sisters experience make you not go there anymore because it is still a good place to get your hair cut. Not bad, but not great.

I haven't been to Great Clips in years, but went out of desperate need for a haircut. I have had problems with other places listening to what I want in a cut, and telling me it's not possible because I have thin hair resulting in a mop cut. I had low expectations going in because of this, but I had my haircut by Kaitlyn, and she nailed it. She agreed that the cut could further thin out my hair, but explained I know my hair, and she gave me the cut I asked for/showed her on my phone. The cut was amazing, and gave my hair lots of body and movement, and I love it. So thank you Kaitlyn!

Always my first choice to get my haircut. They always do an amazing job and I can always find a great clips my go to stop in Arizona and in Sheboygan Wisconsin . Fast friendly service .

Yhe inky problem i have is when I went to pay, hair cut for myself and child, it didn't state during payment process that the tip would be taken out for each barber.

I asked for high and tight with a high fade and one inch off the top not 2 inches clearly didn’t listen and do what she wanted definitely not happy with the barber

I got my hair cut by Ty and he did such an amazing job. He helped me choose a hair cut that I liked and he made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I recommend Ty to anyone. He is an amazing stylist.

On a Wednesday afternoon, my son wanted a last-minute haircut so we stopped at great clips. No appointment just walked in and they were able to get us in within 15 minutes. But that’s not the best part. The best part is the gentleman who cut my son‘s hair. With only a photo for suggestion, Ty looked at the photo, listened to my son’s wishes and went from there. I cannot say without great detail how wonderful this experience was. You will just have to try great clips for yourself.
