Walked in the door and greeted by polite, friendly staff. I needed a Windows 11 desktop and they had a refurbished unit for $750. They are transferring all of my data to the new computer.

Jouse was very helpful for this 93-year old. She was pleasant and patient and seemed to be able to read my mind when I was asking questions. She had command of the workings of computers, and solved my problems efficiently.
