I asked for an estimate over the phone the first time and did not receive a call back for the estimate. Two days later, I called again and the person answered and asked for the same estimate and I will call you back shorty. Again, I never heard a response.

Terrible at returning calls. Waited 10 weeks , and numerous calls to set up a discussed service! If you dont want to do the job just say that. To string someone along is totally unprofessional!!!

Rich is great and fixing and finding any issue I have brought his way. He is quite affordable - as in saved me hundreds of dollars from working with the dealerships around me. He knows I'm not mechanically inclined and has never used that against me to upsell anything.

This guy is super fair, and have not had any extra problems since my repairs were done. One of these repairs you could consider a major repair and still was priced under 1k. I'd recommend this guy whenever , If I had to nitpick , I wish he had more help due to occasional snag in quote time. Other than that, guy is a 10/10.

Richard helped my family out when we were stranded in La cross. I was having knee surgery and was 200 miles from home. Richard drove 25 miles to find the part my car needed and fixed it same day for a fair price. Thanks Richard!Service: Engine repair

You want the best this is you're guy he's honest and trustworthy and will do his best to get you're vehicle back on the road definitely use this gentleman you won't be disappointed help the small business owners own and quit using dealership or corporate pop mechanic shops because with jac you're getting the real deal otherwise you're wasting your cashing and time goin anywhere else

I had a recurring problem with the front brakes, and wheel bearings. This was missed by 2 other repair shops. But Rich figured it out, and fixed the problem! I am very happy with the result!.. He is very good at his profession, and is kind, polite, knowledgeable, and very thorough! Would recommend him to friends, and family..
