I have nothing but good things to say about Caliber. A coworker recommended Caliber when i got into a car accident. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I received text updates along the way, and they completely cleaned the inside and outside of my car. Very happy with Caliber.

Great work done on the repairs. We were a little disappointed at the texting communications. We would get an updated completion date, and the day of the new completion date, we would get another text saying it's not ready. This happened about 3 times. Once vehicle was ready, we were very pleased with the work done.

Staff was helpful when coming in for an estimate. Answered all my questions and kept me updated on next steps to do with getting my repairs set up and handled with insurance. Repair was timely, and communication was just right! My car looks better then it did when I got it new!

The ladies at the front desk at this location were very nice and made me feel very welcome. As for the body repair workers i would give 10 stars if i could. My car looks amazing you would never even be able to tell what happened, they even vacuumed the inside and wiped down all the surfaces.
