“Amazing customer service in a rough situation! Friendly with children and thoughtful of parents needs.

I had been to this store location before and liked it a lot because of the workers. But on my recent visit the workers really stepped up and impressed me and my husband. We had just arrived at the store when the electricity went out due to a bad storm. The workers instantly kicked into gear asking people to move to the front where there was light and kids wouldnt be scared. Then the workers proceeded to not only troubleshoot issues without electricity but also entertain and help with the children. A worker brought around mini cups of animal crackers for the kids and another worker grabbed a book and began a storytime. The manager did a great job keeping the customers informed on the electric situation and though we had to leave before the power came back on the calmness, maturity, communication, and thoughtfulness of the workers guarantee they have my business next chance I get.”
