I needed new running walking shoes and wasn’t sure where to start as I am rehabbing an injury. Courtney took the time to listen to me and understand my needs and helped me find a shoe that worked well and gave me the support I need. She is so knowledgeable and I will definitely be coming back to work with her again.

Had a very poor experience here and will never be going again i was in a very good mood before I came in and that changed very quickly. I walked in for a slx reel and I couldn't seem to find one so I had asked a worker he was the type of worker to keep undersized bass and ask if you keep carp if you know what I mean so I thought surely he had to know but they only had the dc and I'm not spending 200 bucks on a reel once again I had a very poor experience

As I was walking in there were 2 young guy's there talking. They looked right at me never said hi or welcome. They we're too busy talking. Couldn't find NO one to help me for some new shoes
Finally after walking through the whole store a young girl came out from the back and assisted me. I will not go back. There are many other places to shop where your welcome with a smile. Terrible customer service!!!!

Dont ever buy a fishing rod protection plan thinking you will receive a new rod or store credit once it does break. Dumbest thing they are going through a 3rd party company and you have to make a whole claim and wait for the company to then send you a giftcard all of which was not told to me when i spent the 70 bucks on the protection. So you will NOT receive youre 280 for youre rod for eho knows how long! Not to mention all of the sales people walk around doing nothing talking like valley girls ? never helpful

Took my wife out there to purchase the workout shoes that work for her. Unfortunately, the shoe people are too occupied texting and chatting with their friends....that's ok...we got what we needed over at Trade Home shoes...where they actually care about and help their customers.

Nice selection of apparel, sports equipment, and accessories. A little expensive, but reasonable when items are on sale. Sometimes difficult to find size XL. Sign up for the rewards program and accrue points to redeem for gift certificates.

Staff was extremely helpful. I went into the store in a bad mood, walked out with a smile on my face and very happy I went in. Austin went above and beyond looking for a standup punching bag in the back for me. This was approximately ten minutes all together. He came back out to tell me he was still searching. He was unable to find the inventory. He apologized for my time and offered me the floor model for 50%!!! He didn’t need to do that or spend his time moving and searching but he did and it was very much appreciated. Thank you again Austin! You made my whole experience enjoyable and turned my day from bad to good.
