Said we were gonna get our internet on Monday, then it was moved to thursday. Then your website says it was moved to friday. Now you have the wrong address and it's being shipped back? And when i call to talk to customer support, it's not even a real person. You don't open until 1 IN THE AFTERNOON, the same time my shift starts. So now i wont have internet this weekend either. What a lovely company you got here. Anyway- 1 star to go with the dozens of others. literal morons.

Package sent signature required. Tracking said delivery from 10am to 2 pm Friday. So took time off from work to sign. No delivery shows up. Tracking now says weather delay (not a cloud in the sky at facility) delivery scheduled by end of day Saturday. Well no delivery on Saturday. Called fed ex in onalaska to see if could pick up Package. Informed Package is at French Island hub and that they get complaints all the time that nobody is ever there to work. I don't dare leave Package at that terminal to retrieve(I work 2 blocks away) so because I have to sign and have already taken time off from work will have to have Package held somewhere else because of French island fed ex incompetence. Avoid fed ex and use UPS or usps . They may be slower but they at least will eventually deliver.

They delivered my package to the wrong house, the delivery picture shows that it's the wrong house. Big surprise with FedEx, right? I have contacted FedEx both by phone and online, to file a missing package case. They don't respond, of course, but actually had the nerve to text me a followup customer satisfaction survey. You know, for the help I never recieved.
Edit: A month later a customer care person finally called me, while stuffing her face with food, on the phone. It was obvious that she didn't care or want to talk to me. She suggested 2 or 3 times that it was probably in my yard somewhere, and that I didn't look hard enough, despite me clearly telling her over and over that the delivery photo wasn't my house and I didn't miss anything.
Eventually, the sleepy mouth-breather told me just to contact the original shipper and work it out with them. I resolved it on my own.

What the f are these hours??? I pay overnight shipping for a live animal and I can't pick up my package until 3pm?????? Even though it's ready at 9am? Ridiculous. Fix your hours. Would give 0 stars if I could. Customer service is a joke by the way.

No problem with our local driver, but local ship center is not very helpful. Get notification around 930 my package is ready to pick up but when I get out there I find out they are closed and only open from 3-5 pm. What kind of hours are those? In the time (5 min) I was in the parking lot 2 other people stopped by to attempt to deliver packages. What makes it worse is plenty of presumably employee vehicles were parked there. Will not be using the ship to location service any more and pay extra to use a different company.

You know, for the help I never recieved. Time and time again FedEx is easily the worst, most unprofessional shipping service available. This is what the FedEx name is known for. Irresponsibility and a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. I will never select their service for anything as long as I have a choice.I think that the one thing that they truly take pride in is setting the lowest bar, that every other company on the planet can strive to stay above. No matter how bad any other company is, at least they can always say "Well we're bad, but at least we're better than FedEx.".

We paid for delivery between 5pm and 9pm, but the driver keeps trying to deliver during the day. Customer service cannot fix anything. I had to physically drive to this office to find out that they don't deliver in the time frames their scheduling software let me choose. Even though the order said to deliver in those times, nobody ever reached out to me to tell me that this location would not. They were just going to stay quiet, continue to try to deliver during the day, until my parcel would have been sent back. All this time customer service was assuring me that my package would be delivered between 5pm and 8pm, everyday I called! So far I'm still out the extra money I paid to get the 5pm to 8pm delivery that I never received. I've got to call and deal with customer service in 2 weeks once the order is completed in the system. I couldn't get much worse than this nightmare.
