Came there to get my tire replaced & didn’t end up going through with it, before I went in my tire never went fully flat then next day my tire is fully flat but they said they didn’t do anything to agitate the hole in the tire but they also told me they tried to repair it with their tool

Walked in to get a tire patch for "tire repair." After changing my appointment from 9:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. over the phone after setting up online and wanting to charge $50.00 (after rounding up to the nearest dollar). Sorry, I can go to my Toyota dealership for not even spending $20.00 for the same expense and do it as scheduled. I imagine this company uses those undeserved profits to float the blimp we're all used to seeing in the air. Talk about corruption and terrible managing skills at there finest.

Told me they would have the work done in a day. I dropped my car off in the morning, on my way to work. They called an hour before I was supposed to pick it up, telling me they wouldn't have it done that night, leaving me figuring out how to get home from work, and back to work the next morning. The website said they would be open until 6pm the next day (I get off at 5pm). They call me at 3pm, for the first time, wondering why I haven't pick it up yet (they had it done in the morning but never called me) and told me then that they close at 4pm, leaving me to figure out how to pay them and get my keys from them while I'm stuck at work. Not very happy with the whole experience and the major inconvenience.

Let's be honest, nobody likes doing car maintenance. Especially big time money burning through your pocket repairs.
The waiting room is basic: TV, coffee station, bottled water, free Wi-Fi and desk workstation if you need to get work done.
I've gotten tires, brakes, rotors, brake pads, O2 sensor, drive axle, calipers, sway bar, tie rod, and fluids replaced at this location.
Great guest service explaining how much things would cost, why you should get them replaced, and a price breakdown.
Price point is cheaper than what you'd expect to pay at a dealership. I was really impressed with this location is the team already applied DISCOUNTS to services that I agreed. Netting me a savings of almost $500.
If financing is an issue, you can always sign up for a Goodyear credit card that offers 6 months interest free financing. Netting you a potential rebate.
Great service, great communication, and great pricing. Plus, if you do need to leave your car all day or overnight, the bus station is a quick 5-minute walk.
No problems recommending this location.

I scheduled an appointment online. They called me to change the time. What they failed to inform me was they are also going to do all these upgrade to my oil change without me knowing. I could not believe an oil change would take almost 2 hours but it did. They also said my car needed an alignment. How can a 2023 car that isn't even 1 year old need an alignment already? I had them do the alignment. Got the car back and when I got home it was leaking oil on my driveway. I took it back and confronted them about both the invoice and the oil. They said the car wasn't leaking and they did not fix the invoice. I would Highly recommend you go somewhere else for an oil change.
