I found everything I needed for an upcoming memorial service. Only one concern came up... some of your ties are marked at a discount, and it was had to determine the true value on other ties until I went to the cashier. So, I went and purchased my black tie from another department store.

Went to Penny's for two things: clothes (dresses, skirts, blouses for my 80 year old wife and a suit or two for me). Not one skirt for my wife. No blouses, and no dresses in her size at all.. And she is a normal size. Suits?? No. But lots of jackets. Lots of slacks. But not one matches the other. Also: wife has bad knees. Asked for wheel chair. Nope. What large floor space merchandiser doesn't have at least one wheel chair?

I went to buy some fragrances. I met a wonderful woman named Linda who helped me so much! She is so very kind and a beautiful woman who cares about her customers. I got some very nice perfumes and also realized I knew her from the old Macy's store. Thank you, Linda ♡♡

The store is one of the neatest, cleanest, best organized I’ve seen, and it continues to be despite all the numerous challenges that mall stores face in this day and age. I’ve always had good customer service (despite lower staffing they must face) I’ve been getting my hair cut at the salon from the wonderful Debi Jean off and on since 2000! The menswear section has the most old fashioned high service gentleman working there ever.There’s always good sales, and good deals! My absolutely favorite fashion brand ALWAYS cute, high quality clothing A.n.a brand is perfect for a not too young, not too old-classy, comfortable look for not too much money. The store is maintaining the look, quality, and feel from when I was a kid and the mall first opened which cannot be the easiest to do. Hats off, you guys do a great job. Thanks for all the many years of shopping. You make everything feel “normal” as it used to be when I walk in.

The reception I got was not friendly. I popped over to see if they could take a walk-in and they were busy. They acted as if I should've known that they were too busy for me. Won't go back.
