Hartford Wisconsin manager should look at the cameras better before they call the police and make false accusations only because we are Hispanics that is not right me and my family spend a lot of money every week and now I have to go to a different gas stations that really sucks.

I recently was filling up at the local Kwik Trip, I usually mute the television at the pump. This time however I was not able to. Then an advertisement for vaccinating kids 12 and up came on. I was appalled by this.
I thought at first it was just the pump, but after posting it on Facebook, more than a dozen others had the same experience. Unfortunately many of us fell for the propaganda.
Our kids are not the government's property to be used as guinea pigs for this experimental gene therapy drug not even approved by the FDA. You have overstepped your bounds as a convenience store and I'm calling you on it.
ADDENDUM: Kwik Trip quickly pulled the ad from their pumps.

Aa far as gas stations go, kwik trip is my favorite. Great food, awesome selection. But, my only complaint is also my biggest one.
Their debit/Credit cards. The way they work is really confusing and annoying. And in the end it will negetively effect your finances if your not careful.
They make it impossible to schedule payments around your pay period, they constantly pre update before the money is actually taken out of your account, caysing even more confusion.
And the manager there is RUDE. I dont remember her name, but she was condiscending and basically told me its my fault their payment methods are ourdated.
My credit score suffered massively due to their stupid credit card. Needless to say, as far as for convience, fine, they are awesome. But if its not a gift card, Don't risk it!!

Getting a promotion I decided to try the free delivery. Well they gave me food that was a half hour expired when I placed my order then an hour an eighteen minutes expired when I got it.
Best they will do is a partial refund for the order. Despite getting ill, the store manager acknowledging they gave me old food they feel they didn't do anything really wrong.

We love Kwik trip but sadly 30 years of buying milk in a bag ended today as I emptied the last bag and switched to the gallon jug
The milk still tastes just as good.

Your kwik Trip in New Richmond Wisconsin Stores both of them needs a lot of help at both stores in customers' communication. All of the employees are either lazy or will not help customers, plus also being so rude. I have been shopping at Kwik Trip for a long time until now, and even your lead hand and managers are the same way that is not a way to operate A store with bad attitudes with store associates and lead with the managers that is why I will never go back plus you all need to rotate your food and veggies lots of outdated and rotten food not good now I am going somewhere else where I am well taken care of and helpful Sorry Kwik Trip you lost my business and also my friends and family too!

If you need an answer from customer service - GOOD LUCK!! I have been waiting on a call back for 3 days (now 5/2/24) and no response. I guess they don’t know how to respond to my question on the issue with their app. Thanks for not responding!!!

I used to love Kwik Trip. Over the last few years they have become ridiculously overpriced on convenience items. Mike and Ikes are $3.09. Identical product is $1 at Dollar General.Today, I bought donuts which are $3.99 for 6 small donuts. They were literally half frozen. The cinnamon rolls weren’t frozen, but they were still cold from defrosting. Next time I will drive 11 miles into town to get donuts from a grocery store.

Just shopped at the world's largest Kwik Trip, in *******, **. This one was fine, but l rarely patronize KT any more because I've had them lie to me too many times. At least twice, I've walked out of a Kwik Trip without my pizza -- AFTER paying for it -- because they didn't have it ready when promised....the same practice they used with OTHER food.

Been to this kwik trip several times for hot dogs. Never any hot dogs available at kwik trip 4085 E Calumet St. Appleton. Omeed is a manager there who is sketchy at best. He looks for problems and seems to enjoy creating problems. He would not apologize for his behaviour, however the nice employee did for him. Omeed took it upon himself to try to sneak around our entire vehicle while waiting for the gas pump to start. I caught what Omeed was trying to do-to sneak up on us-and confronted him-he is a big guy but that didnt stop him from standing so close to my young daughter and I that I was so uncomfortable, Omeed had it in his mind prior to coming outside to sneak around my vehicle so he could sneak up behind my daughter and i. I advised Omeed that if he ever harrassed my daughter and I again, that I would call the police. Omeed laughed at me and sarcastically said have a nice day as any passive aggressive person does rather than own up to his despicable behavior. There was absolutely no reason to be harassed for anything let alone feel as if Omeed was a predictor of some sort. Seeing that it was my daughter and I-we had to mention to Pam inside the store that Omeed’s behaviour bordered on sexual harassment for the fact that he was being so sneaky and then on top of us and wouldn't leave us alone. I was so upset by this behavior that I went i to the store to find out who the manager was - low snd behold it wAs this same guy - as a manager he feels invincible to any repercussions. Even though Omeed was rude, aggressive and horribly sketchy-i informed him that he would never get away with what he pulled ever again with me and that the police would be called on him. At this point-however, we will not be going back there anytime soon. All this from Omeed just trying to pump gas into the vehicle. My daughter was upset as well bc Omeed was just that freaky. I am teaching my daughters to stand up for themselves in situations where a man is trying to intimidate them for any reason. Therefore on behalf of my daughters, myself and women everywhere - we speak up to make sure all women are safe in all ways. I certainly wouldn't want to be alone with that manager-we were stuck between the gas pump and the car with Omeed trapping us in standing so close I could feel his breath. He was dushusting in every way. He was looking for trouble-he made up his mind to target 2 females. Enuf said. This is the kind of person kwik trip is employing. Certainly off putting! Be careful-we were there at dusk-making it even worse. If I hadn’t realized he was trying to sneak up on us-who knows what would have happened.
