“I purchased a used CPAP machine at a reasonable price. I got home, that night I went to use it and it made a lot of noise. I wasn’t sure how they would respond to me bringing the machine back. I stopped by the store. They took a look at it. It did make noise. They promptly found me another unit and were very professional and set it up for me.
