Liz and Joe were extremely helpful in multiple interactions. Gave me quick and helpful information to help a current furnace switch less painless for us. We’re also willing to go out of their way to do whatever it took to make a last minute delivery possible if we needed it! Highly recommend working with them!

Energy assistance program suppose to send the payment to them but they didn't. Now, they want us to make payment first before they come fill up the tank. They will not come fill the tank unless there payment first. They should have gone ask energy assistance program what happen to the payment but now they force us to make payments. Some day ran out of fuel went make payment they didn't come until 2 or 3 days later. We end up having no heat in the house.

We recently moved to a home with an oil furnace -- a new experience for us. The people at Consolidated Energy Company in Lacrosse have been exceptionally patient, considerate and helpful in answering all our questions. Our home heating oil purchases are only a miniscule fraction of CEC's profits, yet we are treated with the utmost respect and care. How a company treats the smallest of its customers says a tremendous amount about that company's employees and ethics. Thank you, everyone at CEC, for being there and doing a wonderful job!

OK, they let my tank run out once but came and filled it right away, Midwest energy never let it run out in 20years. The other down side is with their monthly statements which are confusing and don't even show you how much they have added if you have a credit on the account. I have called to try to resolve this and got the typical large company responses, wish it would have stayed MIdwest.

We were in town for a tradeshow with a propane powered vehicle, that we knew would need a fill so we could get back to our hometown. Called these folks to see if they could help us out, Lori in the office was so friendly and accommodating. Got there later afternoon, and due to unforeseen circumstances that they couldn't prevent, they wound up not being able to fuel our vehicle for us afterall. However, Lori was very apologetic, and took the time to find a place that COULD fuel us and give us that information to make sure we could get what we needed to get home! We greatly appreciated the help, even though they couldn't actual fuel it for us!

Ran out of Propane on Wednesday and called to fill up. Rep told me it's an additional $100 to come when there not in the area. So I asked when they would be in the area, response, Friday. Penalized for running out of fuel is not my idea of good customer service. It's currently 59° in my house with 3 children . Finally told them to come get their tank , response, be there tomorrow. Beware of their fine print in the mandatory contract they make you sign . Called a LOCAL company with instant results!
