“Had their team help move some large items that wouldn’t fit in our vehicles (and were more than we wanted to tackle on a hot day!). The two movers worked well together as a team — they were careful with our things, especially around tight corners, and very efficient throughout the process.
The truck had more than enough space for a couch, loveseat, TV stand, dresser, a couple of mattresses, bookcases, kitchen table and chairs, and even a snowblower — with room to spare.
Prices are reasonable — just be sure to get a clear quote up front and understand the timing, rates, and the possibility of delays (which can happen with any moving company).”

“We've used U-Pack for two cross country moves. They are an excellent value and have great customer service. I won't use another company in the future if I can help it. We used the pods previously, and recently the trailer. Not U-pack's fault at all but be diligent and careful about how things are packed in the trailer. Our movers were great at getting things packed in, but some items had damage from the rough ride and just gravity doing it's thing over thousands of miles. Again this is on us and is just a lesson learned about using a long-haul trailer.”

“I’m finally leaving a review for our wonderful experience using La Crosse movers on April 10, 2025. We live in Decorah, IA, and Jason had no problem with that. He didn’t mind that I called him several times with questions. He’s a professional and courteous man.
On moving day, the guys (I can’t remember their names!) got up early and made it here by 9:00a. I had been ill, and was hardly in any shape to help “direct traffic” at all. No problem. The guys took care of everything (pun intended), and it went smoothly.
I cannot recommend La Crosse Movers enough. We were impressed all the way around, and we are glad they spearheaded our move.”
