Rented from them for nearly three years. If something was broken, no more than 30 hours and someone was fixing it. Cost of rent was affordable compared to the rest of town. They aren't going to wax your car for you haha, but they're some of the best landlords I've had.

Never thought I’d leave a 5 star review for a landlord but they actually do a good job taking care of their tenants and apartment buildings. Maintenance is quick to respond to requests and admin is good to work with. Really haven’t had any complaints in the 5 years I rented with them.

We’ve rented through a few agency’s while in La Crosse and Nicolai has been by far the most professional and friendly. When our air conditioner had mold, they replaced it with a new unit immediately. Nate was very responsive and helpful during our time renting. Highly recommend!
