The staff was nice. However, our room had a lot of broken furniture and seemed a little dirty but not the worst room I've seen. Unfortunately, after we left, we are pretty sure we got bed bugs from the room. I can't prove it but we started seeing the signs after we got to our next destination...Rooms: Not too clean, possible bed bugs

I just got off of the phone with a lady at quality inn. I was very frustrated with this call. I first started by saying I’m sorry to tell you this but I believe your hotel has bed bugs. I said nothing about a refund right away. Her immediate response was well three people have already stayed in there and they haven’t called and complained so I’ll have to check it out. So right away I’m already feeling very dismissed and not heard. She did not apologize or say I’m sorry your experience wasn’t what you were expecting. My next response was well I just checked out yesterday and the room only sleeps two so I’m confused on how three people have already stayed in there. I also said bed bugs don’t show for 24-72 hours sometimes and that those people might not know they have them yet. All she kept saying was they have procedures to follow and she’ll get back to me. At this point this is when I said okay but if I don’t get a refund I will be leaving a review with photos. This is when she just kept talking over me and wouldn’t let me speak. It got to the point of me crying and I asked to speak to someone else. She told me there was no one else there and that I needed to call back when I calmed down. I called her back and she told me I was acting like a child. I fully understand that there are procedures to this process and that it may take a few days. I have no problem waiting. However it just felt like from the moment she answered the phone she didn’t believe me and was just saying well other people stayed here and you’re the first one to call. I just would have liked an apology right from the start and I think the phone call would have been differently. I don’t even care about the money. I care about the safety of others and I don’t want others to have to deal with this. This is not fun now I have to wash all of my clothes and hope that I didn’t bring any bed bugs back with me. I have to hide and wear long sleeves to my job and these things are so itchy it’s not a joke.Rooms: Bed bugs

Front desk was very kind but, unfortunately, upon inspection of our room we found a bed bug. We rented through a third party booking site who refunded our stay.

Called over here to rent a room for the night for some out of town guests. Because I am a local the person who answered the phone demanded 150 cash deposit. They refused to use a credit card for inceditales. When Inquired why "cash" that sounds like a scam, the person got extremely rude. Pretty sad that they are trying this scam.

The room service was terrible. Beds were not made .the bathroom was not cleaned and the sink and tub drain was poor the only thing done was garbage was taken care of.

A nice and clean place when you are in la crosse. Breakfast in the morning, pool open until 11 and coffee downstairs when needed. Comfy bed and a very decent rate compaing to others

Employees were not trained well. Messed up payment making me slide my debit card twice. Said money would go back into my account never did.Rooms are never clean, i found garbage laying around on the floor behind the chair and headboard.Whole place is very out dated. Poor internet. Not clean. Sheets had stains and smelt dirty.Would not reccomend !

Must do better. The linen isn't always fresh. old stained towels. They don't wash the sheets, and bedspreads after every guest use, and i wouldn't be surprised if they didn't change out the pillow cases. i don't expect a 4 or 5 star experience, but at least be sanitary, and clean. No one wants to sleep in a soiled bed with dirty linen. Also the toilet seats is a big indicator of how thorough the rooms are cleaned. Gives a bad name to the Quality Inn Franchise.

Stayed over a week for work. Small rooms but comfortable. The rooms are split rooms so there's a door in most of the rooms, makes you feel like anyone can walk in. Very nice and helpful employees. Breakfast every day. Internet isn't good for gaming but i built and programmed a desktop with it.
