I'm staying here for two nights. First night is reasonably priced; second night is almost double that room rate. It's La Crosse. I was initially put in a room with a connecting door. Unfortunately the door has no sound insulation. Even though the party next door was talking quite normally, it was like being in an echo chamber. So the front desk did allow me to change. However the rooms "overlook" the indoor pool, meaning noise until late at night and no ambient light from outdoors. One bottle of water and two servings of coffee for the room. Bathroom clean but needs updating. Meh at best and certainly not worth what I had to pay.

We stayed at the Radisson Hotel La Crosse for a group event in July of 2023 for four nights. Our experience was absolutely wonderful and the hotel staff made our event a complete success. The location is great, within easy walking distance of many downtown restaurants and attractions, and it has a wonderful view of the waterfront park and river. The in-house restaurant, Three Rivers Restaurant and Bar, is stylishly designed, has a lovely river view, and the bar is full service with a very graceful yet comfortable feel. Our contact with the hotel for our group, Krista, was incredible! She went out of her way to send us information about local attractions and scenic routes which she thought might interest our car group. When we received our breakfast vouchers for the restaurant at check-in, we noticed she even imported the logo for our organization, Overdrive Adventures, and used that graphic on the top of the voucher! We were totally blown away at the attention to detail, and they even included our event logo on their digital display welcome/information boards.I can not stress enough how we felt that they genuinely wanted us to be comfortable and welcomed. When we needed space to informally gather our group, they helped us find space that worked. When we told them we were a car group, Krista made sure a car wash station was set up for us. They even designated a section of the parking area specifically for us. For car people, these little extras mean so very much. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for anyone, but especially for car clubs and groups. You can't go wrong here!As far as our room goes, we had a city view room on the fifth floor which we loved because it let us see our cars. The king size bed was comfortable and the pillows were great. Everything about the room was well layed out and clean. Plenty of towels, plenty of space, plenty of light, and the air conditioning worked well without being noisy (and it was particularly hot the week we were in town, so good AC was a big deal). If I had to complain about anything (and I'm having to work to find anything to gripe about!) it was that the mini-fridge was not super cold and not designed to keep anything other than bottles or cans in. Frankly, it's not that big of a deal. In the overall picture, it's hardly worth even mentioning.I would definitely return whether it was for a group event or just for a nice vacation. A lovely location and a lovely experience.

I was insulted by another guest as we entered the establishment. Upon entering the room, I noticed the bathroom was not clean. The toilet had fecal matter and mold growing in it. The windows were so steamed up you could not see out. The towels were frayed on the sides. In addition to the over priced rooms the expect you to spend another 15 bucks a person for breakfast. You could hear people talking as they walked by in the hallway. The best feature of the hotel was the bar, it was the cleanest part and had good food.

0000000 Many reasons we were unhappy with our stay. 1. Hotel is dated and dirty. 2. The decor is dark, masculine, depressing. 3. Lighting throughout our rooms and the parlor is very bad. It would be easy to forget something when packing because of lack of light. 3. Bathroom didn’t drain during our entire four days. Within seconds of turning shower on, we were standing in dirty water, every day, every time. Two visits to unclog the drain failed. 4. Toilet flushes loud enough to wake up the block, and even then doesn’t flush well; the paper gets hung up often, requiring a second flush. If you’re trying to save water, it’s not working. 5. Hand towel hook doesn’t hold the towels, they are always falling on the floor. 6. Bathroom floors and walls are nasty…we put towels down so we didn’t have to touch the floor. 7. We were two ladies staying in a double queen room, and yet there is almost no room in the ridiculously small bathroom for one ladies’ toiletries, much less two women’s toiletries. 8. The above counter sinks are horrific...cannot even wash your face easily, it takes up what little room there is for toiletries, and water splashes everywhere. Intensely dislike those sinks and avoid rooms with them, if at all possible. 9. Room 822 did not even have a fridge. It had been removed and a big hole was left behind. Not helpful and quite unattractive. 10. Minor thing but you’ve changed the shower caps and they are not as good…very much preferred the shower caps you provided as recently as maybe a year ago. Parlor room: 1. Dirty 2. Red lights over the table were not working and made it feel like a brothel. Red doesn’t go with the rest of the decor, such as it is. It must be a man decorating the place, a woman’s touch is desperately needed. 3. Lighting is awful. It’s surprising that a room of its size relies essentially on lamps for all its light. 3. If you remove the kitchen sink plug and turn it over, you will see that it is coated with black grime. It has not been cleaned in years and there is nothing in the kitchen for the guest to clean it with. (Incidentally, we stayed at your hotel last summer and my 90-year-old mother told us of an incident that occurred while she was there. My mom was quietly watching TV on the sofa when the elderly housekeeper came in. The housekeeper went into the kitchen and did nothing but stand there cursing and mumbling for 20 minutes. She eventually noticed my mother and nearly jumped out of her skin. She rushed out without cleaning anything.) 4. We stay at your hotel because we have loads of family in the area and we all like to play cards. (If we don’t need the parlor room to play cards, we prefer to stay at the Charmont.) It is very unfortunate that the parlor doesn’t provide a few basics, such as a few inexpensive Corningware plates, cups, forks and knives, an inexpensive toaster, and kitchen towels, maybe a roll of paper towels. We would even pay a little extra for a kit that includes those basics. If a guest stores leftovers in the refrigerator, they can be reheated them but there are no utensils or napkins to use to eat the food! What is the point of a kitchen that offers no essentials?

Dirty rooms (dirty socks on floor and stains on sheets) after a room switch, rude restaurant staff member who said he couldn’t help us and additional charges added with no explanation. Will not be back.

I had a surprise surgery sprung on me. Even though there was a no refund policy, they worked with me and gave a full refund. They may not be able to do this regularly but my request was over a month before the reservation. Thanks everyone. It helps a lot.

The excellent staff treatment, room was clean and well kept, the 2 night stay was within our budget. The exterior and interior were well maintained. Location was excellent to access businesses downtown and taking a leisure walk long the Mississippi River.

Room price is step and the local room taxes are ridiculously high. I'd look for a hotel furtaway and drive to down town if posdible. Overall room and hotel were nice, but nothing super special. Have stayed at nicer ones for less money.

We loved our stay at the Radisson La Crosse. The view of and access to the Mississippi was our favorite part. When leaving the elevator on any floor and when looking west when in the lobby, the river views were beautiful. Our room looked out over the town and the mountains in the distant, which was also pleasing. The room was clean and our bed was very comfortable. The bathroom is small, but that's often the way with city hotels. Our only disappointment was breakfast; better eggs, fresh fruit, and a bit more variety would have helped a lot. As it was, the views from the restaurant were stunning, so it compensated somewhat for the poor fare.

Management did not fix a leak in the bathroom of my room and refused to put me in another room. Only offer $75 off of a $495 room total. Supervisor refused to come out if his office to talk to me. Total garbage. Never staying there again!!!

Place was clean and very easy checking in and out. Food was good. I was unable to use the pool but looking forward to using the pool the next time I planning on staying. The room could use a microwave.

Not a bad stay. Room was clean and building appeared to be well maintained. Whirlpool had excellent jets and was actually hot, compared to many other hotels whirlpools lacking in both areas. Staff were also friendly and helpful.

Great service, clean, and it smells SO good! It smells like the freshest air. Can't explain it but I love it so much!
