Don Elwood is the salon owner and operator. He is an award winning hairstylist, a platform educator for Wella Corporation and a former salon training director in Minneapolis. His City Looks Franchise was a top ranked salon. Previously Don Elwood worked in Manhattan at Saks Fifth Avenue Salon, Pierre Michel and also assisted Beth Minardi at Minardi Minardi Hair Salon. Mr. Elwood has worked with Horst, David Wagner of Juut Hair Salons, Michael Cole, Christopher & Sonya Dove, Bumble &Bumble.
